Hotel bastante completo , boa relação qualidade preço
Pros:

Quarto super confortável , com ótimas condições . Staff bastante simpático e atencioso . Bastante completo , com de tudo um pouco . Apesar de só termos ficado um dia, sentimos que poderíamos ficar mais tempo sem ter necessidade de sair do hotel. Tivemos uma surpresa bastante agradável , ao nos depararmos com os animais existentes , super meigos e bem tratados

Em geral gostei, preço qualidade bom.

Cons:

Achei que a parte exterior (piscina) pouco zelada.
A sala de refeições também precisa de obras ou melhor uma decoração mais clean.

Great rooms and view and the animals were a plus.

Cons:

The breakfast was not really good, at 9h30 they finished the eggs and the breakfast was until 10am.
And the interior pool needed some cleaning.

A piscina exterior e interior, bem como o SPA são extras que proporcionam uma melhor estadia para cada Cliente. Os funcionários são super acolhedores e simpáticos

Cons:

O quarto Suíte apresentava fissuras e manchas nas paredes, bem como falta de limpeza na varanda e debaixo da cama. O preço/qualidade não correspondeu à estadia que devia ser proporcionada ao Cliente.

Pros:

O pequeno-almoço era bom.

Cons:

Apenas sugiro que o horário do pequeno-almoço pudesse ser mais alargado. Quando estamos em modo de descanso, o facto de o pequeno-almoço terminar às 10:00 obriga-nos a acordar cedo, o que retira um pouco da sensação de descanso.
