Convenient location and parking facilities. Running hot water, comfortable bed

Cons:

Our initial room had a terrible drainage smell. The staff tried to rectify it but it was not possible so we were given a change of room which was better. It would have been better if a room change could have been arranged earlier instead of after a night of trying to put up with it - there were clearly other rooms available.

The breakfast was really good and location is near to the water metro.

The staff could have been more knowledgable about the place. They didn't know the timings of water metro or which water metro we can take to go to the place we wanted to see.
