Uitstekende accommodatie in Moc Chau
Pros:

Onze kamer was klein, maar fijn. De accommodatie is gemakkelijk te bereiken en een prima uitvalsbasis voor een verblijf in Moc Chau. De eigenaren en het personeel zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, je voelt je er welkom. We hebben hier ook twee avonden gegeten en dat was erg lekker.

Cons:

Het zwembad vonden we niet heel schoon. Jammer, want het was warm tijdens ons verblijf.

Very friendly owners but bathroom facility could use a bit of attention
Pros:

Good location and room is big. Can walk to nearby restaurants and cafe. Owners are friendly and helpful also breakfast was very good.

Cons:

We booked the family room with bathtub. However it took forever to fill the tub and then hot water ran out so we didn’t get to use the tub at all.

Bin etwas enttäuscht über den Umgang mit Gästen.
Pros:

Zimmer sind großzügig und alles war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das war das erste Mal in Vietnam, dass ich im Voraus bezahlen musste und dann wurde gesagt, man könne das Zimmer nicht zur Verfügung stellen, weil ich nicht gezahlt hätte. Zweimal musste ich schreiben, dass ich das Geld an die mir zur Verfügung gestellten Bankdaten überwiesen hätte. Erst beim dritten Mal wurde der Fehler eingeräumt und sich entschuldigt. Man hat sich zwar entschuldigt, aber der Ton war sehr unangebracht. Das Frühstück könnte etwas liebevoller sein.

Pros:

Quite family run spot just out of town a little. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and spotlessly clean with a great shower. The bed was comfortable. The pool area was nice, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Good wifi.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't great.
