Horrible experience from booking itself
Pros:

How could you asked about feedback when the booking has cancelled without informing us. Also who is responsible for it either the booking.com website ya hotel itself. I lost trust from booking.com

Cons:

Rooms were not clean, cramped and barely had any space to move around. Basic facilities like internet was not working. The staff was unresponsive and were not available most of the time because of a wedding at the hotel.

It was very short/ overnight stay couldn't enjoy other services
Pros:

The management was very kind and cooperative, eager to improve the service quality of the property. but we interacted on the last day on reception. Positive attitude towards the facility improvement by the management. Property is good & comfortable.

Cons:

Some professional attitude of front office+F&B will add on & improve the service quality & make more comfortable and pleasant stay.

One floor wiper may be provided in bathroom. After use of the bathroom by the 1st person, it is difficult for 2nd person to use the toilet.
