The space is clean and has a cute decorative theme. We like to eat in and the kitchen had all the accomodations we needed to make our meals there. The swimming pool was large and very clean. Being right on the beach is awesome. It was nice to have a 7-11 and the Taco/Ice cream place right across the street. Our host was very easy to contact and replied quickly.
There is a beach umbrella at the unit but it would have been nice to have actual beach chairs, instead of camping chairs. That's about it!

The room was somewhat clean. It was spacious
Very old motel. Room smelled of bug spray and had ants. No place to park on grounds. we had e-bikes and could not feel comfortable parking across the street. Could not secure them. We ended up not staying and had to book a different hotel.
We loved how close this property is to the beach. This unit is so cute and clean !

Beds were not very comfortable
Being on the beach with a pool was wonderful. Easy access down to the beach from the property via stairs.
We also enjoyed the close proximity to shops and restaurants.
The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. The unit was decorated in a cute “beachy” theme and was perfect for us!
I honestly do not have any complaints. We had a great time.
Location right on beach with access, balcony
No person in lobby, access to rooms are codes and old sometimes took several tries, old facilities but room was cutely decorated. Parking lot super small, balcony does t have much of ocean view but it does between buildings

We stayed at Coastal Waters a year ago and were under impressed and decided we would not be back. Then the reasonable price of 209 hit our search so we took another chance and we are so glad we did! Bonnie’s unit was more than we expected! 209 was very clean!!! The furniture is very clean and comfortable and the unit has every you need to have a very satisfying stay! My wife cleans houses for a living and she is very picky when it comes to clean, she was impressed! I like that a vacuum is available, due to the great beachside access, sand is everywhere. Bonnie is an amazing communicator her response to questions is lightning fast. We will be back to Coastal Waters 209.
It’s hard not to like anything. The exterior looks tired, but our unit the awesome pool and beachfront access make up for any of that.
