Das Hotel liegt nahe dem Old Quater. Cafes, Restaurants und alles was man so braucht ist nah. Selbst zur Train-Street sind es nur ein paar Minuten.
Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und der Service sehr gut. Ich habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt.
Das Internet hätte etwas besser sein können.
I had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com and even received a reply from the hotel prior to arrival. However, when I arrived, I was told there were no rooms available.
Despite showing my booking confirmation, I was refused a room and no alternative accommodation or assistance was offered. I was left stranded and had to find another hotel at short notice, which ended up costing me more.
I was told there was no availability, however I could clearly see rooms still listed for my dates on Booking.com, which was very confusing and concerning.
The receptionist was also very unfriendly and unhelpful. I was not allowed to wait in the lobby while I tried to sort out the situation. He made me leave immediately by bringing my suitcase outside, which I found very rude and inappropriate, especially as the issue was caused by the hotel.
Overall, this was a very stressful and unprofessional experience, especially after arriving from a long journey. I would not recommend booking this hotel as it’s very likely something similar might happen to you

Relatively quiet area of the city
No handsoap, won't be provided even if you ask for it, dirty room with shoestains on the floor, dirty chair covered in some grime, no closet, overall seedy feel of the room
Beautiful Room and amazing staff!! Very polite and helpful.The housekeeper did a great job! Super clean rooms !Definitely will comeback again … Thank you very much for everything !

It was quite noisy in the whole way from the lift and I struggled with the language barrier
Small but comfortable. Staff was excellent. Even the night person, who was working; knocked on my door to personally inform of waiting airport taxi at 5.15am!
Not the best of location, nothing around the area and hidden at the end of the road. Smells at the corridors.
