Passable
Pros:

The little apartment is lovely and has a beautiful classic telavivian balcony. It’s located in a trendy part of tel Aviv and not too far from the city centre or the beach.

Cons:

The entrance and common areas (stairwell) are very run down.
There is constant noise through the night both from the front door banging loudly every time someone comes in and out but also from some sort of very loud buzzing possibly from the industrial fridges in the corner shop under the flat. It’s very very loud and made it impossible to sleep properly either in the bedroom or on the sofa bed in the living room.

The flat was also not very clean.
