Wow! It was awesome the young lady and the young man at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful wish we had more hotels like this. O yeah my wife loves the cookies that was given out. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Great price, secure parking and pet friendly!
Pros:

Great value for the money. Secure parking lot. Good breakfast. Pet friendly! Good breakfast with lot's of options and good dining area. Staff was very friendly and seemed genuinely concerned about keeping the property up!

Cons:

The sink/vanity area is in the living area apart and away from the bath area. There is no rack to hang face or hand towels on in this area and only one knob by the shower for towels. There is a single knob for clothes on a hanger leaving only room for one plastic hanger. This area is not conducive to hanging clothes.

Great experience!
Pros:

We had an unexpected issue with our van and the staff was most considerate and helpful. We were traveling with our dogs and they were kind and helpful. We also needed a later check out while waiting for our vehicle to be fixed and again, the staff was very accommodating. And while it was not the best area of Memphis, we never felt unsafe there.
