Very good pllace to stay with family.
Pros:

Welcoming in front office, cleanliness, Food options, Friendly assistance.

Cons:

Juice not refilled in breakfast as it is over. Need to maintain enough as kids like it. This is a suggestion.

Pros:

Comfort of the bed. Pool.

Cons:

Pancake machine wasn’t working. Juice machine was out of order. I did not pick a handicap room. I was given a handicap room and all the shower water was in mid bathroom since the floor and shower are flat and has a drain mid bathroom. I reserved the room one week prior to stay and never stated there was only handicap rooms available. It was a really bad hazard having 2 kids in the room having to go to the restroom on a slippery floor. I didn’t want to make my family feel bad about the stay and decided to call front desk the day we got there and no more rooms were available supposedly but I did see families coming in and reserving stay for the night. Room was clean bed was comfortable just the bathroom made it a horrible experience wet towels all over the room so water wouldn’t go to the toilet area.

Pros:

Clean and spacy rooms. Hotel where there was actually shampoo & conditioner enough for long hair <3. Good bed and breakfast.

Pros:

El desayuno es pésimo!!!!! NO deberían promocionar desayuno extraordinario cuando ponen pocs cosas, no hay frutas, ni queso y colocan pan a cuenta gotas y nadie aparece para ayudar.

Pesimo el desayuno. Escaso y muy basico.
