Rapporto qualità prezzo un po’ sbilanciato
Pros:

Camera e cucina bellissima spaziosa pulita e molto comoda e fornita.

Cons:

Servizio spa da rivedere, sauna piccolissima e per questo quasi inutilizzabile, lo spazio di seduta è molto ridotto e non ci si può appoggiare allo schienale perché rovente, in 2 persone è impossibile starci se non in posizione molto scomoda, dopo 1 ora e mezza si spegne e non è semplice riaccenderla. Doccia emozionale ok anche se é complicato alzare la temperatura dell’acqua. Non ho potuto provare il bagno turco perché mi è stato comunicato il giorno stesso del soggiorno che aveva un guasto. Idromassaggio piacevole e sufficientemente grande.
Ho prenotato tramite Booking e ho trovato le informazioni sulla pagina Booking dell’hotel molto fuorvianti. Sembra che alcuni servizi spa siano compresi nella tariffa ma in realtà la spa é interamente a pagamento esclusivamente tramite il sito dell’hotel a un costo ritengo un po’ elevato rispetto al tipo di servizio. Una volta scoperto che non era prevista la spa nella tariffa pagata mi è stata negata la possibilità di cancellare la prenotazione anche se fatta poche ore prima, anche se l’avevo richiesta a causa delle informazioni fuorvianti sulla pagina. La struttura é stata corretta nel cercare di venirmi incontro concedendomi uno sconto di €25 e offrendoci la cena. Mi sarei aspettata un ulteriore sconto vista l’impossibilità di accedere al bagno turco e le difficoltà riscontrate con la sauna, dato che alla fine abbiamo potuto utilizzare soltanto idromassaggio e doccia emozionale, ma non è stato così.

Soggiorno Eccezionale

Ho soggiornato a Nobilia Dimore una settimana fa col mio ragazzo: la suite è molto accogliente, elegante e super fornita. La cucina è dotata di piano cottura a induzione, di pentole e padelle di ogni misura e per la lavastoviglie c'erano già alcune pasticchine per utilizzarla subito, pure la macchina del caffè disponeva già di varie capsule! Anche il bagno era super completo, dispone di accappatoio, ciabattine, prodotti per il corpo e igiene personale. Nella struttura è presente pure la spa, utilizzabile su prenotazione composta da vasca idromassaggio, sauna, doccia emozionale ed è pure possibile fare aperitivo mentre ci si rilassa. In conclusione ci siamo trovati benissimo sia a livello di pulizia che di comfort e anche l'arredamento è estremamente curato. Il personale è gentile e a disposizione per ogni cosa. Che dire, ci torneremo alla prima opportunità!

Traumhaft schön, geschmackvoll, stylisch eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und überaus freundliche Besitzerin. Können wir nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Restaurant neben an ist auch sehr zu empfehlen.

Great feel. Design features excellent. Stylish furniture and comfortable.
Pros:

Attention to detail was excellent, as was the decor. Unusual design with many attractive features. Colour combinations were very toned and original. Very state of the art heating and air conditioning system. Helpful and friendly owner welcomed us, very capable and fun.

The garden was colourful with plants and flowers and comfortable chairs. Ideal for an hour to read or sit in the sun after visiting the local medieval villages nearby. The location in the village with it's many small shops and restaurants was new for us. Interesting to look out the window at the village coming to life in the morning. Breakfast was eaten in the restaurant next door with Francesco, the owner, acting as waiter. His smile and enthusiasm made a good start to the day and his freshly baked croissant and home made jam were very good, Coffee was great too!

We would definitely think to return not only for the comfort and great ambience in Nobilia Dimore but also for the pretty countryside with open spaces and trails through the hills.

Nothing. It was ace.

The best stay in the Tuscan countryside - highly recommend this hotel
Pros:

Wonderful host Gaia who was exceptional at her job. She looked after our every need including organising transport for us to a wedding we were attending- the driver was a gentleman. Also she booked a hair appointment for my mum with a wonderful hairdresser. Great omelette for breakfast too 👏🏻👏🏻

Actually the advertisement is not really honest at booking.com: I booked a "luxury room" with access to a sauna and a whirlpool as a package. But what I got was a very normal room with a normal bathroom and a mediocre breakfast and just learned after arrival that access to the spa (the main reason why I booked it ) would cost 105 Euros extra for only 2 hours ... - So at the end I got a room of similar quality than the night before in another place on my hiking tour for more than the double amount of money... - I would not have booked that for that amount of money if this would have been honestly described in advance.
The host should just make clear in the advertisement that the spa is eventually not included at all - it appears as false advertisement.
