Pros:

O apartamento é muito confortável! Localização ótima. Mercado, padaria e lavanderia próximos. Opção de Parques, metrô, bares próximos ... durante o dia fiz muitos deslocamentos a pé. E por carro de aplicativo fica em conta pela proximidade. Amei!

Toalhas de banho muito simples, ásperas, o chuveiro no último dia não esquentou, avisei tanto a administradora quanto a recepção e mas não adiantou pois na tinha ninguém para realizar a manutenção

Cama, chuveiro, localização excelente. Espaço do quarto também.

Cons:

O ar condicionado eh muito antigo, faz muito barulho quando ligado mesmo na função “sleep”, se desligar o ar eh impossível ficar pois fica extremamente abafado. Se abrir janelas o barulho da cidade eh intenso, ou seja, não dormimos bem.
O cheiro de poeira também eh muito forte, as almofadas em cima de cama tb.
