Fortemente consigliato.
Pros:

Ottima posizione a T2, vicino a market e bar. Staff gentilissimo. Area ristoro sempre pulita e rifornita con caffè, té gratuiti.
Forniscono gratuitamente: asciugamano, spazzolino, dentifricio, tappi e mascherina per dormire, ciabatte di plastica. In bagno c'è asciugacapelli a disposizione.
Letto comodo.

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto l'insonorizzazione non è il massimo, I tappi sono utili.

Pros:

Surprisingly quiet, dark and a cool temperature where I found it perfect to have a nap after a overnight flight and a 12 hour layover. Once rested was able to take a bus next door to visit the city centre. Good facilities to clean up and get yourself ready for the next flight.

Le premier emplacement de ma capsule !! C'est une honte au vue du prix payé que j'ai été placé dans une capsule proche des bouches d'air et de compteurs électriques. Être arrivée à 3h du matin n'est pas une raison valable !!! Ils comptaient sûrement à ce que je ne dise rien... D'autres capsules doubles étaient libres, celles qui étaient placées dans un emplacement sans bruits !!! Et pourtant... Quand je suis allée me plaindre d'avoir très mal dormi et très peu compte tenu du bruits, la personne de l'accueil en voyant mon numéro de capsule n'a pas été surprise du tout. J'ai finalement pu avoir une extension de période autorisée dans une autre capsule pour pouvoir enfin me reposer de mon voyage et dans le calme !!! J'étais bien trop fatiguée pour changer de capsule dans la nuit, j'espérais pouvoir passer outre avec la fatigue... Refusez les capsules doubles 400-409 à l'enregistrement. Ces capsules ne devraient être proposées qu'en dernier recours si tout le reste de la place est remplie, et avec une réduction importante au vue des désagréments sonores !!!!

Pros:

Friendly staff and very conveniently located on the airport if you have a flight arriving late and anither leaving early. Bed very comfortable, and bathroom facilities great to use. Even got a towel, noise earbuds and toothbrush.

Cons:

You do hear other people arriving at their pod - so use noise canceling earbuds, and I had some mosquitos pestering me.

Staff was smashing doors, it was very loud anyway there was no need for further noise.

Was honestly a really bad experience, the shower was somewhat decent but that's all.

free complimentary bag with some goodies make it a nice experience

i like the quality of the shampoo conditioner and soap
and strong shower

pillows and duvet was really comfortable

Cons:

slightly a distance from the check in or departure counters. last-minute person like me need to plan earlier with wake up time

The location is convenient though expensive for what it offers
The air conditioning was in a very low temperature. When going out from the shower and having dried your hair, you can easily get a cold.
For God shake change the temperature!!!!

Pros:

- The check in was fast.
- The bed was clean and smell good.
- We got the basic complimentary set like slippers, towels, toothbrush and etc.
- The facilities like secure locker, iron board, changing room, chillax area and a lot of bathrooms.
- The location is in the klia and easy to access to the restaurant etc.

Cons:

- The toilet is quite creepy for me especially during night time because the area is quiet and we can barely see other people in the toilet.
- Once you open the door, the outsider would be able to see inside your place.
- There's no light at the mirror. Would be good if using the mirror with led light.
