Great staffs. Note that you're not allowed to bring large luggage in the area but they provide lockers outside. The bed is comfy. If you're assigned a capsule on the first floor, you have to go downstairs for the toilet and shower.
No lock on the capsule but you can leave your stuff in the locker outside. Ventilation system can be improved. Inside the capsule is a bit hot if you're used to the cold aircond room but you can just open the shutter a few inches so air from outside can flow in.
Really comfortable, lots of space in the queen room. Plug sockets, pull down tables and a greeting kit with washing amenities, ear plugs, slippers and eye mask was a really nice touch
Location was a bit tricky to find as it isn't well signposted in the airport
the location is very good in the airport klia2 with simple concept clean and tidy
the charge is quite pricy when you walk in, book via 3rd party browser can get more discounts

Location is perfect to stay some hours. The facility is very clean and quiet. The staff also is very nice.
You can't lock the "door" of the capsule so you have to leave everything in the locker which is outside the facility. Too expensive.
