We had a great experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Branson!
Pros:

The place was clean, cozy, and felt like home. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was good, the beds were comfortable, and the townhome neighbors were quiet and friendly. Parking was close so it was easy to load and unload as long as you are okay with stairs. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We booked this place through booking.com to attend a concert at Thunder Ridge Arena. The concert was rescheduled to the following month. I couldn’t get a refund through booking.com. I contacted the host directly to explain the need to reschedule, which she did, and she did not make us pay twice. This gives her 10 Stars in my book. We will definitely stay again if we go back.

Cons:

The only issue we noted was that they had a twin mattress on the floor in the upstairs nook/office. It’s a great idea to have additional sleeping space. My 2nd child would have slept there but it didn’t cool properly. She ended up sleeping on the couch. The temperature for the rest of the place was just fine.

Overall the place was nice as long as they take care of the ants.
Pros:

Majority of it was clean. The beds were more comfortable than a hotel. Easy check-in and check out. Owner responded pretty quickly when needed. Location was nice. It took about 10-15 minutes or so to get to activities.

Cons:

There was ants all over by patio door. Owners said they was sending a handyman to take care of them. Toaster was dirty had to clean before we could use. Also not enough wash clothes for a family to stay.

It was nice, we enjoyed it.
Pros:

It was far enough away it wasn’t loud but close enough that it didn’t take but a few minutes to get to town. It was a nice little condo. The people who you rent from are very nice.

Cons:

We could not check in at the check in time because it had not been cleaned, so it was about 2 hours later than what it should have been. They did give us $25 back due to this.

We liked that we didn't have to stay in a hotel and we had our own privacy.
Pros:

It was clean and relaxing

Cons:

Neighbors making a lot of noise. The TV in the upside wouldn't work due to low signal. We had to change the batteries in the keyless entry on front door. Luckily this happened to us before we left.
