I booked this hotel cause it had a pool. The pool was shut down for renovations and the booking website did not let me know that. The lady at the front desk was rude and talked down to me.

Overall, it was great.

Location, overall stay was great.

Cons:

Alarms went off in the middle of the night. Kids were screaming and no one came to let us know what was going on. Hubby went downstairs and they said not to worry because someone decided to smoke in the bathroom which triggered the alarms. We understand that wasn’t their doing, but I would have wished for them to keep us informed somehow.

Very comfortable night’s sleep in Columbia - staff was terrific!
Pros:

Loved how clean everything was. The breakfast was actually the best I have had at a hotel chain before. The yogurt bar and real sausage patties made it great. I love the fresh fruit!

Cons:

The pet fee was high for my sister in law’s dog. That was a surprise. I realize there will be a fee but this one was high.

Super comfortable, accommodating, and over-the-top exceptional, especially for the price.
Pros:

There were a lot of really positive things. The staff was great. They had a good breakfast. The rooms were really nice and spacious. They had a happy hour that even had food. Really great!

I loved the suites, very spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The bathrooms are a little small and tight, but overall nice.
There was an issue with my second room costing $40 more than the first. We did misplaced a key, but the desk clerk said it was not a problem. Seems like I was charged $40 dollars for a lost key. Put a damper onwhat otherwise been a great stay.
