Worst resort ever....

Worst experience ever... The property is good ... But the management is bad... We had booked a large Apartment room...Even though we confirmed our arrival one day before and also an hour before as per their message...on our arrival the staff at the reception did not know anything about it...he made us run up and down showing all other rooms except the one which we had booked... After quite some time and running around we managed to get our room...but the AC was not working...the bedsheets were dirty, toilet taps were broken, on informing the staff they offered another room the next day but a smaller room... We were 10 ppl and they gave us bed for 6 and were asking the other 4 to sleep on the ground using a mattress...we asked them to clean the room they said it would be done only at our checkout.... overall It was a worst experience no service at all... They only need money...this is not only with us but even the other guests experienced similarly...
Would never recommend anyone this resort... especially if u are travelling with family...
