Location is great

Cons:

Only difficult to take the lift/ elevator. You have to wait a couple of minutes only 2 lifts then have to wait much longer for 1 tower building it is not enough.

Very clean! What I like about it is that it was very easy access for us, from the parking lot, elevator and the room is right there! I was with my elderly parents they didn’t have to walk far!!!

Pros:

This is in the Newtown area (far from Cebu city). Location is quite near the airport. Restaurants, eateries & grocery stores are walking distance. We have to pay to access/see any of the beaches. The condo unit was
spacious, clean and modern. Kitchen & bathroom/toilets are complete with amenities with lots of towels. The fridge was stocked with beer & water "for sale." Free Netflix too. We would book this again if ever we stayed in the Mactan area.

Cons:

The unit is in a different building from the reception, (quite easy to get lost)It was advertised with access to the beach but was told at the reception that it was no longer allowed unless we pay extra. They also asked to pay to photocopy our passports.

Quick visit to Cebu
Pros:

The room was beautiful, clean, spacious, the pool was amazing, the location was ideal, just a short ride to the airport, it was a quiet yet at the same time busy place. Really amazing and I will be returning in the future for a longer stay. Really pleased with this booking.

Cons:

Only real issue was the change (out of the owners control I might add) to the beach access facilities. There were changes to the rules a couple of days before my visit, however the owner was exceptional at communication so I cannot place any fault on the owner.

Nevertheless, we enjoyed staying at this place during Christmas. What you see is what you get indeed!
Pros:

The unit screams home. It is very aesthetic and we love it! All appliances are working and ready to use. The surroundings is very clean and well-sanitized. Plus the host is very accommodating and easy to talk with. Ms. Geralyn answered all my inquiries and questions. She even allow us to have a late check-out and we really appreciate it. Everything was smooth. We had a happy Christmas during our staycation here. Thank you so much! Highly recommended! We will surely back here ❤️

Cons:

The lobby area at the ground floor! It has a lot of mosquitos and the air-con is not working. :(
