Well maintained room, cleanliness, offering best amenities, delicious breakfast buffet and staff who genuinely care about your comfort
The hotel was extremely disappointing. The linens (bedsheet and towels had stains and rusty spots, The comforters and bedsheets were ripped and had holes. We were told to check out at 8AM and even after requesting to stay a bit late, we were forced to vacate at 9AM. Hotel was sold as Ocean View but the room was facing the side and hadly had any view of the sea. When we entered, the room temperature was 30 degrees and it took took 2 hours for AC to cool down the room. There was construction going on in the next building and it cause too much noise. Hotel Practically had no bathroom supplies (just one little hand soap) and no toilet paper at all. This was the worst hotel experience for such expensive hotel.

There is no such a hotel in puri. We could not find this hotel. We contacted the hotel number provided by hotels.com, and person who answered the phone told us there is no room available as payment not made in advance. He even called me “a liar”.. I told him this room was reserved by secured credit card by Expedia and payment was decided on arrival. Some locals talked to this person as well to find out hotel address but that person couldn’t give address. Expedia should research on this fraud business name. I have this kind of experience first time in my life. I contacted hotels.com via chat and reported this incident right away.

Please do not get fooled by the pictures of the property posted by hotel management. In reality it is very dirty, smelly and sticky.
I booked two rooms for 2 nights through Expedia on November 16 for Rs 10000/night, a total charge of Rs 40000 rupees which was completely refundable till Dec 9. The very next day somebody called from the property and pushed me to pay a deposit of Rs 14000, otherwise reservation was not confirmed. I did not like it but somehow I paid because the pictures posted by property were appealing.
We arrived at the property on Dec 23 and after checking in, we found rooms were filthy and stinky. Even roaches were walking around. We did not want to stay and ask them to keep the deposit and let us go to another property. The hotel staff denied the request and ask us to pay full amount of Rs 40000, then only they will let us go.
We had no choice other than staying at the property which ruined our trip. I DO NOT recommend anybody to stay at this property. Pictures are available on request. It is absolutely not worth the money.
