Cons:

Zimmer mit Privatpool gebucht und auch bezahlt, jedoch nicht erhalten - ohne Rückerstattung. An der Reception hat die Receptionistin (beim Check-in um 21:00 Uhr) dann gedroht, wenn es uns nicht passt, können wir ein anderes Hotel suchen und das Ganze in einem Ton, wie man mit Gästen nicht umgeht.

Für uns war es genau das, was wir gebraucht hatten!
Pros:

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Das Essen war sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und wenn ein Problem aufgetreten ist, war man sofort um eine Lösung bemüht. Wir konnten uns richtig gut erholen! :)

Cons:

Die Matratze war etwas durchgelegen. Es war ein bisschen hellhörig. Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Cons:

Hellhörige Zimmer, schmutziger Balkon, Essen gut aber keine Abwechslung und sehr laute Gäste, in anderen Hotels wird das nicht geduldet.

Ça passe mais déception et pas digne d’un Riu
Pros:

- 3 piscines dont une pool bar (malheureusement pas chauffée en avril/mai donc pas grand monde dedans), 3 restaurants (un continental matin midi soir, un snack pres de la piscine et un buffet à thème le soir).

Cons:

Personnel très antipathique et grincheux…particulièrement à la réception, départ expéditif, le jour du check out à 11h wifi coupé, carte de chambre désactivée (et la réception souffle lorsqu’on demande d’aller rechercher nos bagages…).
Personnel qui râle lorsqu’on demande au moins des glaçons et une tranche de citron dans un gin Tonic qui vient de payer.
Hotel dans une quartier festif 100% allemand.
Mauvaise insonorisation (soit réveillé par les allemands qui rentrent ivres à 2/3h, soit par les femmes de chambres qui commencent leur service à 8h et qui toquent pour faire la chambre…)
Les services ne correspondent pas à un hôtel qui se veut luxueux.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Das Highlight war definitiv das Essen unglaublich lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!
