Kein Aufenthalt wert

Leider nichts

Cons:

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht – für das Gebotene ist es viel zu teuer. Nachts ist es extrem laut, an erholsamen Schlaf ist kaum zu denken.

Die Sauberkeit lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig und wirkte insgesamt ungepflegt und „versifft“. Es wird offensichtlich kein Wert auf Details gelegt. Besonders unangenehm war auch, dass die Putzfrau trotz Klopfens sofort ins Zimmer kam, ohne eine Reaktion abzuwarten – das geht gar nicht.

Auch das Essen war sehr schlecht und wenig ansprechend. Das Frühstück erinnert eher an Massenabfertigung als an einen angenehmen Start in den Tag.

Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Überzeugende Anlage in super Lage
Pros:

Wir waren sehr angetan und überzeugt vom Riu Playa Park. Ob Ausstattung, Service oder Lage - hier erhält man das Gesamtpaket.
Neben 3 Pools umgeben von genügend Liegemöglichkeiten, verfügt das Hotel über ein Hauptrestaurant und ein Themenrestaurant und 3 Bars.
Mit dem All inclusive 0,0 Paket hat man die Möglichkeit durchgehend eine große Auswahl an alkoholfreien Kalt- und Heißgetränken zu genießen.
Zum Mittag- und Abendessen besteht die Möglichkeit sich bis zu drei alkoholische Getränke (Bier/Wein) servieren zu lassen.
Neben Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen gibt es außerdem ein reichhaltiges Angebot an Snacks für die Zeit zwischen Mittag- und Abendessen und nach dem Abendessen ist für Mitternachtssnacks gesorgt.
Das Hotel bietet eine große Auswahl an Freizeitaktivitäten. Vom Gym, über Tischtennis und Aqua-Gymnastik , bis hin zum Bingo - hier ist für jeden etwas dabei. Auch Abends ist in der Lobby immer für die passende Unterhaltung gesorgt.
Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Außerdem wird sehr viel Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt - egal ob Zimmer oder Anlage, alles wird steht’s sauber gehalten.
Obwohl man mitten im Geschehen ist, ist es trotzdem sehr ruhig und man bekommt im Hotel nichts vom ganzen Trubel mit. Zum Strand muss man nur einmal die Schinkenstraße durchqueren.
Alles in allem können wir sagen, dass wir einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt hatten und gerne wiederkommen.

Cons:

Es gibt leider keine Optionen bei der Zimmerwahl, beispielsweise wenn man den Poolblick bevorzugt. Alle Zimmer gelten in der gleich Kategorie und die Zuteilung erfolgt per Zufallsprinzip.

Super séjour à Mallorc
Pros:

Les buffets sont super, l'hôtel est magnifique, le personnel est adorable, très propre !

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol est que les infrastructures fermaient tôt, peut-être parce que nous étions trop tôt dans la saison... Nous n'avons donc pas pu profiter de la piscine et nojs mangions très tôt.

Easter getaway
Pros:

Staff were very polite and helpful food was good everything was spotless and we'd definitely go back.

Cons:

Air con was a bit dodgy and its was 28 degrees when we were there. Our room 3091 had a big tree that thankfully blocked direct sun. But we only seen this as a minor hiccup.

Cons:

The restaurant was not clean. The plates, glasses, cutlery were dirty several times, the glasses were stained with lipstick.
It would be a very good place if it were cleaner.
