Pros:

It was a good location and a good stay. Only one thing: their mattress was a little bit clapped out. If you are with a vehicle, I don't recommend it. We paid 50 Euro per day for public parking 7 minutes away from the site. Except for that, it was perfect to stay. The little kitchen and washing machine helped us a lot.

Pros:

Appartment cosy as advertised. Good location near interesting streets. Fairly quiet considering.
The issue is cleanliness. The bedroom smelled dusty. In the morning my wife said her eyes were irritated. She decided to lift the bed box frame, to find, with no exaggeration, years of dust. And various packets, biscuits discarded. We spent a good 45 minutes hoovering. Checked the mattress while we were at it to find various stains we decided not to check too closely.
Then we noticed the bathroom sink blocked. No plug on any sink. Turns out a toothbrush was some way down the plughole. And once extracted, with difficulty, alot of hair etc was entwined. In the end, we fixed it.
Notified the agents 'check my guest' who were beyond useless and not interested.
All in all, wouldn't go back unless a total rehaul of hygiene is carried out.

Pros:

This property was a diamond find, absolutely amazing, and can't recommend enough. We wanted somewhere near everything we wanted for food and entertainment, within walking distance of some of the beautiful places that Paris has to offer. This. Place. Delivered. It was close to everything but setback from the street so it was peaceful. Everything we could possibly need. The owner had thought of everything. Can't wait to visit again, this will my home from home every time I visit Paris. Thanks for looking after us ❤️
