Pros:

The stay was immaculate! The room is super clean, cosy and comfortable. The bed linen is snow white and the bed is amazing, I slept like a child. The bathroom os crystal clean with all you need. I received cleaning and towel change every day, even though I stayed for just 3 nights. Maid even washed the dishes, though I didn't expect that. The small kitchen has all cutlery you need to cook at home - fresh and new. I just bought oats and made breakfast. Nearby is a hidden spot for fireworks display and quite ok japanese restaurant. Just 3 min walk. The balcony opens view of clock tower and beautiful houses, and sea. The street is not noisy, the window is soundproofing a little, and all fuss finishes before 11 pm. There's some construction going on, but they don't disturb and don't start early. You can hear neighbours only a little, walls are good. The furniture is fresh, lots of storage. Wifi is fast and strong signal. I will be happy to stay here again. Deepest gratitude to staff, maids and the owner. Thanks to you my vacation was amazing because I am a light sleeper but here I slept even better than at home. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Pros:

Отель неплохо расположен, рядом есть рестораны с европейской едой. Прекрасный, отзывчивый персонал, всегда готовый помочь. Прекрасная хозяйка отеля, была постоянно на связи через Whatsapp, присылала нам в номер вкусные подарки. Отличный завтрак, очень вкусно готовят. У нас был большой номер на 4 этаже, очень просторный. Хорошая уборка в номере, меняют полотенца каждый день. Прекрасный ближайший пляж КХЕМ, очень комфортно на нем купаться и отдыхать.

Cons:

В нашем номере на четвертом этаже был установлен насос перекачивающий воду, практически постоянно он работает и создает сильный шум. Если вы чувствительны к шуму и чутко спите то лучше выбирать номера с 1 по 3 этаж.

Pros:

We stayed in this department for 2 nights. When checking in before 15:30, they give free tickets for the cable car for the next day (the station is a 6-minute walk away, entrance by Face ID). The room has a daily change of bed linen and towels. Breakfast was included in the price of accommodation, the menu consisted of Vietnamese dishes, delicious, and they always gave a gift in the form of fruit. A modern hotel with an electronic combination lock on the front door of the hotel and an electronic lock on the room door that opens with a card. A night market and a Vietnam Select supermarket are a 15-20-minute walk away. Khem Beach is a 12-minute taxi ride (we used the local Xanh SM app). I recommend it.

Must check in before 3.30pm if you plan to use the free cable car./water park ticket the next day.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfy. Set breakfast was good. The staffs were very helpful.

Cons:

No information about requiring to check in before 3.30pm if you need to use the free cable car/water park ticket for the next day in booking regulations. They will book you on the 3rd day or after. If you are flying back on the 3rd day morning/noon, there is not enough time for you to enjoy the free cable car/waterpark ticket. We came to know about this when we arrived late due to our flight delayed.
