Propreté, chambre un peu ancienne
Location was excellent! nearby shoppping malls, many restaurants, Civic Center square and a metro station. Reception was really nice. Thanks to Google translate we were able to communicate. Every day housekeeping was really convenient.
Not much to mention. Bathroom was maybe a bit to small.
The hotel will send arrival instructions on the day of arrival. Otherwise it might be difficult to find. It was a very nice hotel with cleaning and complementary water bottles every day.
The room is very satisfactory and the service attitude is very good👍🏻I will recommend it to my friends
Close to metro and city center
I clean set of sheets after 7 days. No cooking facilities not even a knife
The room was very nice and fully equipped; the girl at the reception despite no speaking english was very nice and helpful.
The bathroom was not well cleaned , so I asked if they could clean it and leave it perfect. Location is very good and price was worth it

Great location. Very convenient if you arrive to convention center. Also many shops and restaurants nearby. Very close to all major places of interest. Also ask for instructions on how to find them, it will save you a lot of time.
Wi-fi is very weak but i used mobile phone instead. Might a bit challenging to find first time.
2 bedroom apartment was great and cleaning auntie was generous with the bottled water provided during the stay. Super convenient location which was near to the metro station.
Address and name of property given could have been better. Driver initially took us to the wrong place and spent some time driving around before we found the apartment.
Was a bit challenging if you don't know any mandarin. You will need the address and name of the hotel in mandarin for the taxi driver to bring you. My mandarin was half cooked so was able to get to it. Lifts were a bugger because they were super slow and really pending on luck if it is crowded. Once you arrive on level 10 where reception is located far end of the hallway. If you don't have any mandarin capabilities, you will struggle in Shenzhen. International credit cards are a bit of a struggle so make sure you install WeChat where you will need your credit card details. Once you set this up payment is a breeze. Apartment looked very spacious in the photos but there were not huge, however very cosy and enjoyable We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which has 1 bathroom, separate kitchen and separate laundry area in a sort of a balcony area. rooms did not have room to maneuverer around. you can always use the kitchen sink to brush your teeth and washup as a backup. There was aircon in the apartment but did not have time to figure where the switches or how to operate. We went during winter time so it was cool/cold enough not to use the aircon. Beds were very comfy but pillows was a tad too soft. blankets were more than sufficient to keep you warm. Beds were set in a corner so whoever sleeping on the inside need to climb over the other to get out. Noise from the outside windows were quite insulated from noise but the main door was a shame because every time some leave or enter their apartments it was noticeable. I had ear plugs which I manage to get around. There is a dining table which has only 2 seats and a couch which can fit 2 adults a kid. Overall I wouldn't mind staying in this place again.
Pillows were a bit too soft. Could have better sound insulation from the main doors and they were slightly squeaky. If there were 2 more seats for the dining table would be better.
