良い
Pros:

どこもキレイで、テレビはNetflix見れたりなど居心地が良かったです。外からのカギと内カギもあり安心して過ごせました。

Cons:

男女兼用トイレや同じフロアに男性がいる事が少し心配であった。

気楽に泊まれて、良かった。

Cons:

シャワールームなどが使用中どうか分かりにくい。通路の歩く音やトイレなどドアの閉める音などが、意外と響いた。

Clean, comfortable, quiet and pleasant. I would definitely book again.
Pros:

The facilities were extremely clean and also very new. the shower/bathroom area were well taken care of. The room was comfortable and nice.

Cons:

The front door is kept unlocked at all time. The area seemed very safe and quiet, but as a solo travel I would have preferred if there was a lock system. Perhaps they can install a lock with a password for convenience.

Pros:

Checking in was smooth, basically just get into the room.

Cons:

Didn’t really meet any staff, so no comment on it. They does prompt email and message to inform you one day before your trip.

Pros:

Affordable, kitchen has enough amenities and herbs and oils to easily cook there. There's 2 showers and toilets but it's one each for men and women. But I've not had any issues with that, never had to wait long to use any of the facilities.

Cons:

The fact that the main door is constantly unlocked doesn't feel safe. I had to lock my bedroom door each time I had to use the bathroom.

Superb
Pros:

Very easy check in and has easy access to utilities. The owner also responds to questions quickly and really helpful.

Cons:

Is easy to hear noises especially from upstairs and around 10 min walk to nearest station.
