Well located in central district of SGN, close to convenience stores, central malls, etc. Self-check instructions detailed and clear and available on the front door to the property's own website. Staff is young, and super enthusiastic in providing the best comfort to the guest.
Although located in the central district, the building is little difficult to find since at least 20 properties share the plot 89. My first night was in a spare room within the same building as the assigned room had issues with the bathtub, but the issue resolved by staff.

Away from noise. Facilities are awesome. My son truly enjoyed the bath tub. We also felt comfortable and private.

The receptionist was pleasant. The location was great. They provided free laundry service I was staying for three weeks
4th floor, no lift. The place was dirty. There were ants in my room and I had to spray every few days. The receptionist only worked 9.00 till 18.00.
