I made the payment through Booking, but when I arrived at the property, they told me there were no rooms available due to a mistake on their part. I had to find another place to stay at the last minute. They said the refund would be automatic, but it’s been a week and I still haven’t received anything. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Good location, great for couple to spend night. Easily accessible accommodation without any problem. Definitely recommend!
Very interesting concept. The common area is huuuuge! It has everything one needs. Nice place to socialise. When it comes to the rooms, it depends. Some are much better than others. I recommend taking a room with private bathroom, which also comes with a small kitchen. Şamil was responsive, responded to requests when I wanted to change rooms, and even granted a late checkout for free!
Some rooms need to be renovated and cleaning of the shared bathrooms need to be improved.

Absolutely freezing, radiator didn't heat at all, and the bedding has been through so many washing cycles, it became itchy. "Chairs" in the coworking area will literally break your spine. Owner didn't respond. Water was out for some time, too
I only stayed one night, good location, close to a busy street but the room was quiet, accurate instructions and helpful staff. Large common area but unused. Wifi was great.

Too many uncomfortable stairs, towels were not clean. They had stains on them and apparently weren't washed from previous guests. The pillows were cheap and uncomfortable

The staff is friendly, and the setup offers a nice balance—you get the privacy of your own room but still have chances to socialize with other guests. Plus, the price is quite reasonable for what you get.
I stayed for two days, and during that time, we experienced three power outages, each lasting over two hours. If you're traveling for work, be aware that the electricity and internet connections are unreliable.

First they changed the location in the other side of Kadikyoi, which is very unsafe if you are for the first time in Instanbul and arriving in the evening. Second is super dirty and unclean - there was insects in one of the room. Third and most important - the room was unable to be locked inside, also outside!!! The staff ignored the problem about the room…
