Good hotel with very good food, specially on Fridays.
Pros:

The buffet on a Friday was excellent!

Queue on check in and time to do the checking was far too long. Training stuff should happen behind the scene.

Pros:

Le cadre est exceptionnel. Les chambres très propres et spacieuses. L'espace que l'on retrouve dans l'hôtel est incroyable !
On trouve toujours un petit coin où se poser. Cadre et vue magnifiques.

Cons:

Le bruit dans le restaurant. Pas forcément des voyageuses mais des chaises. ( patins antibruits).
Le stress et le bruit constant du personnel qui débarrasse.

Las piscinas están súper bien y el personal es muy amable sobre todo los del buffet. La playa es preciosa pero el agua es bastante fría. La sala de juegos mola bastante y los espectáculos están muy chulos.

Cons:

No me gustó que el baño de la habitación no estaba limpio, tenía suciedad en las esquinas y en las paredes de la ducha. Además, yo reservé una habitación con cama King y me hicieron un upgrade, que yo no había pedido, a una habitación supuestamente mejor pero con cama twin, cuando me llaman a preguntar qué tal se lo comento a la recepcionista y resulta que no tenían disponibilidad de la habitación que yo había reservado. Así que no me quedo de otra que aguantarme, pero no me gustó. Por otra parte, la comida del buffet no es de buena calidad, para tener cuatro estrellas esperaba más. Además, que tienes q tener cuidado porque dentro del único restaurante que incluye la media pensión hay cosas q solo son para aquellos q reservan todo incluido, como las bebidas… por otro lado, al check in me dicen que hay tres piscinas que puedo entrar a las tres y resulta que cuando me voy a meter a una de ellas es solo para priviledge, y nos invitaron a irnos, son detalles así los que me han chocado del hotel, pero en si no está mal.

Mi mujer es Celiaca y no ha tenido ningún problema. Tienen mucho cuidado, ninguna preocupación por la contaminación cruzada. Sitio idílico, repetirrmos seguro.

Pros:

Struttura molto bella. Ho apprezzato molto il cibo veramente buonissimo sopratutto le pietanze a base di pesce. Carino poter giocare a Padel e a minigolf con la famiglia. Animazione molto simpatica e amichevole.

Cons:

La piscina riscaldata che non è per niente riscaldata. Peccato perché per il resto siamo stati benissimo.
