The hotel is nice - the pools, the bars, the beech, the food were all excellent - The staff in the restaurant and bars were fantastic

Cons:

Unfortunately the area where our room was located was in need of major repair - also - the directions to get to our room were aweful - The check in staff were not very good... they need some customer service training and the hotel needs to provide a map to the rooms. Our room was stinking on arrival (reception didn't want to know when I reported this) - Our AC was not working and our shower was faulty.... The room was ok but was in need of some simple repairs which would make a huge difference.

Worst of all, there were no coffee facilities in the room.... not even a coffee sachet

La plage en bas de l’hôtel. Grandes chambres.

Cons:

Hôtel vieux , besoin d’être rénové. Ne mérite pas un 4 étoiles. Plutôt un 3 étoiles. Buffet médiocre comparé aux 4 étoiles où j’ai séjourné. La climatisation ne donnait pas bien pourtant je l’avais signalé à l’accueil. Je ne reviendrais pas

Pulizia delle camere insufficiente
Pros:

La posizione rispetto al mare

Cons:

Purtroppo la pulizia della camera non è stata soddisfacente in 15 giorni di permanenza, il bagno non è stato mai pulito in maniera soddisfacente, solo il cambio asciugamani era ok. Le lenzuola in 15 giorni sono state cambiate solo 1 volta.
