Friendliest staff and clean sheets and toilet
Nice clean room and very friendly people
Not a big deal, but quite strange, that you have to pass through a beer shop. But if you like beer, then it becomes a great advantage)))
Unpleasant smell in bathroom
Very comfortable, good location, easy and free parking, nice staff.
The marking of the location on the map could have been more accurate.
I like that the apartment was situated inside the Beer Shop. This was convenient as we like to relax in the evenings with a a cold beer.
The kitchen was not private and did not have an oven and a few other useful kitchen utensils would have been nice.
I liked that the room is located close to a supermarket and further, you'll find the main center, easily accessible.
Method of cleaning and housekeeping could be improved but it was acceptable.
Our stay in BEST ROOM 4 was incredible. I recommend this place to visitors looking for a great room with a reasonable price to stay in Yerevan.
