Diện tích phòng hơi nhỏ, ko có tủ quần áo, nhưng phù hợp với 1 người có ít đồ đạc, và ko ở trong phòng nhiều.
The apartment is quite comfortable for a stay, area isn’t noisy, staff doesn’t speak good English but it wasn’t a problem, you could use for WhatsApp for communication and asking anything for your needs.

Clean and comfortable
숙소를 하루전에 예약했는데 너무 좋았습니다. 가격도 저렴하고 전체적으로 관리를 엄청 잘하고 있는 것 같아요. 메인거리와도 적당히 떨어져있고 숙소도 조용합니다. 1층 세탁기랑 건조기도 무료고, 세제도 있습니다. 전반적으로 청결하고, 추천할만한 가성비 좋은 숙소입니다.
복층은 1층에 있는데 창문 앞에 긴 대나무, 식물이 있으면 커튼을 치고 프라이빗하게 있을 수 있을 것 같아요. 미니 테라스를 만들고 숙소가격을 조금 더 높게 받아도 좋을것 같습니다. 간접 조명 또는 무드등이 조금 더 있으면 좋겠습니다.
It’s a very beautiful accommodation with the most helpful staff! Location is great too and it’s super clean. Unfortunately one can hear absolutely everything the neighbours are doing which is quite bothering especially at night. Not much the hotel can do about as it must be due to the way the building was constructed. We would nevertheless stay here again (with earplugs) if we come back to Saigon! Thanks again to the great staff!
We especially liked that there were washers and dryers available for guests for free.
The location is a little weird, at least on first impression. You can't see it from the street. It's down a very narrow road, more like an alley. But once you've found it, it's fine.
This was our second time staying here and we'll definitely be back.
Situated right in the heart of Thao Dien, close to all the restaurants and action.
The staff are amazing, the room is spotlessly clean, great WiFi, comfortable bed, strong air con, cooking facilities and free laundry, tea and coffee. Safe and secure motorbike parking. Everything you need, at hand. And, very affordable.
Our favourite place in Thao Dien.

The staff was great and the facility was nice.
There was only one small coffee pot in the lobby and only 2 coffee cups. Not enough for the amount of guests. M was a little bit further from the main part of town but still walkable.
The staff was very attentive and super available for any need. The room was very simple but sufficient for rest, and also quiet. I will definitely return.
The shower was not separate, and the whole bathroom ended up wet, which is very typical in Vietnam but very uncomfortable.
Beautiful hotel, beautiful facilities. I will be coming back to live long term as this is one of the best places I've stayed, and I've been living in hotels in Asia for the last 6 months. The staff are immaculate, the rooms are as clean as can get.

It's located in a quiet alley, but there are stores and coffee shops nearby.
Good value for the money, as the area is generally quite pricey.
