I would recommend staying in this place✨
Pros:

I loved how the owner is very accommodating and also the place is really near SM MOA and there are a lot of accessible stores, banks and restaurants in the building. I also love that the unit has everything that you need like an automatic washing machine, water heater, rice cooker, refrigerator, microwave, plates and utensils, pots and pans for cooking. Thank you so much sir, will absolutely come back here in the future✨

Cozy place in Shore 3
Pros:

I really loved the cozinesss of the place, so warm, comfortable and safe because of its modern design, fixtures & furnitures specifically the door lock features and its bed so comfy. I like also there complete kitchenwares that you can cook food and eat to save your budget. They also provide wash and dry washing machine and toiletries including towel. The owner is very accommodating and responsive to our needs 24/7.

poor communication. owner cancels calls when phoned.

never able to get in. booking was cancelled due to double booking by owner... money was never refunded
