Жили в номере две недели, всё чисто, номер уютный.
В номере всегда работал кондиционер.
Отель находится в очень удобном месте, до моря идти 3 минуты. Рядом есть кафе, магазины и остановки транспорта.
Постельное бельё и полотенца меняли регулярно.
Отдельная благодарность нашему другу, который во всём помогал нам, возил на своём тук-туке, показал самые красивые места на острове.
Мы благодарим тебя за всё, Друг!

Struttura bella e nuova, camera grande con letto comodo e bagno dotato di tutto (shampoo bagnoschiuma ecc..) doccia molto piacevole.

It was an amazing experience! The manager was wonderful , very kind, helpful, and always made sure we had everything we needed. He took us to many beautiful places, including a lake where we saw monkeys and other animals. We also visited a cinnamon farm, where he showed us how natural cinnamon and cinnamon oil are made, which was really interesting. On top of that, he showed us several stunning beaches.

We are very thankful to him and so happy we had the chance to meet him. Anything we needed, he was always there to help. I truly recommend both him and this villa. Thank you for everything!

Location and cleanliness

The location was amazing with the balcony looking over the beach. The condo itself was huge and the kitchen was a great size to be able to prepare any food that you wanted.

Located right across from the beach, this place is both comfortable and clean. He is an extremely helpful and friendly host. He assisted us with everything, even booking train tickets.

I stayed in the top floor mountain view room of the villa for a month. The apartment consisted of two rooms and was well equipped. The owner Lahiru is very smiling and helpful. He is available when needed but also gives his guests their own peace. He kindly made the few additions I requested to my room. I can warmly recommend the villa and I plan to come back!

A new and very fresh hotel with exceptional standard in relation to the price. We stayed for 28 nights and would love to return! (We booked our many nights several months in advance, which brought the cost down to $17/night!)

Very clean, superbly quiet and efficient A/C, great bathroom, very comfortable beds, bed linen, good wifi etc. The hotel has sea views from the rooms on the west side and over rolling greenery to the east. The private balconies are really big and nice!

It is walking distance to everything you could possibly need; about three minutes to the nice beach, restaurants, grocery stores, fruit stores, bakery, doctor's office, clothing shopping etc., about 5-7 minutes to the bus and train station, bookstore, motorbike rental (however, I recommend Easy Bike Rent which is a little further away), mobile phone shops etc. etc.

Lahiru, who runs the hotel, is incredibly caring and always available! He really did everything you could think of to make us feel comfortable.
In addition to the "usual” hotel service with impeccable cleaning and such, he surprised us with both a fruit basket and fruit drinks. We were also invited to accompany him when he went to a temple nearby where, as an active Buddhist, he showed us every step of the temple visit. Very interesting!
One really hot evening the power went out on our floor (a transformer failure in the area). Even though it was dark, Lahiru immediately got on his motorbike and drove all the way from home (about 1 hour drive) so we could move down to another room and have a working A/C. So sweet of him! 🤗

He also has a lot of knowledge about the area - all excursion destinations, transportation, etc. and is happy to help his guests. And it was never about money, just this wonderful Sri Lankan hospitality and kindness!

The room is a great size. Very modern and looks new and was very clean with lovely toiletries provided. Spacious bathroom with Great hot shower. Right across from a beautiful beach where you can walk for miles. There are a few beach bars/restaurants and the accommodation is walking distance to local restaurants on the road so very well located
Lahiru the manager was such an excellent host who provided great service and was incredibly helpful. He took us locally in his tuk tuk and you could hire him to drive you further away.

We had a wonderful stay at this guest house! It was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a warm, pleasant shower. The owner was incredibly friendly and even allowed us to check in early, which was much appreciated.

The location is unbeatable—right across from a stunning, quiet beach with hardly any people, making it perfect for relaxation. They also serve a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast.

Within 5minute walk from property, there's the town centre where the bank, supermarket, fresh fruit, vegetable and fish stalls are! There are also snack shops, a decent restaurant, along with train station and bus stand nearby. In front of the property, there is the Habaraduwa beach which is beautiful and feels just like your personal beach as there are not much visitors. We arranged all our trips with the caretaker 'Lahiru' with his car and the rates are very reasonable. Special thanks to Lahiru as he was very professional, attentive to our needs and friendly!

The view

Exceptionally clean room with new sheets, huge king bed, fluffy towels and good shower. Has been renovated fairly recently. Lahiru was extremely helpful and arranges breakfast if you want. We paid 1000LRP for a huge Sri Lankan style brekkie - it was fabulous. He also has a tuk tuk available. He took us to our next accommodation.
The location is good- opposite the Turtle Hatchery. This costs 2000 LKR. They help rehabilitate injured or sick sea turtles and also gather eggs to hatch safely here, then release the hatchlings.

Perhaps the nicest surprise of all my hotels in Sri Lanka. The hotel is right next to the beach, the beach is gorgeous and not busy at all, and you're only a short distance from the local town for restaurants and groceries.

The room is very comfortable, with great amenities and a terrific balcony. Nice hot shower and brand new facilities, too.

But what really makes this hotel special is the manager, who was one of the kindest people I've ever met. He picked me up from the bus stand and then dropped me off at the train station when I left. I was even given a complementary fruit basket for being a kind guest. Just so welcoming and kind!

I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. Best in Sri Lanka.

The holiday was good, close to the ocean, delicious food, friendly staff and close to fruit shops

Bathroom was spacious, had everything what was needed
