It was an amazing stay, and will definitely come back.
Pros:

We love the location and accessibility to stores. It is near to several stations. The property is so clean and is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. They catered to all of our needs, like towels and other necessities, and even laundry powder. The staff and the owner is kind and welcoming. We will definitely book with this property again when we return. In short, we had an amazing stay ☺️

We had a comfortable stay here and would recommend it!
Pros:

It was very clean, spacious for our family of four and in a great location.

Cons:

It could use a TV or a couch, but it was perfectly fine for a short stay!

FANTASTIEK APPARTEMENT
Pros:

Ruimte, Schoon, Bed ligt lekker en je krijgt elke keer nieuwe schone hoes, dekbedden en handdoeken. Ze hebben ook voorraad shampoos en alles wat je nodig hebt. Toilet is fantastiek 😍👌✨️, je kunt kleren wassen en bij de douche ophangen en afdrogen . Badkamer met douche en toilet genoeg ruimte 😍👌. Keuken is genoeg voor 6 mensen.
Dicht bij station, 10 minuten lopen misschien.
Beneden heb je ook Smoking Area en belangrijkste is de veiligheid, beneden is ook goed beveiligd kunnen geen vreemde binnen lopen.
Problemen hebt of wat nodig hebt, wat ik ervaar is super makkie, heb makkelijk kunnen appen en praten over wat je nodig hebt of te klagen wordt gelijkt gereageerd en je krijgt ook nog advies 👌.
All in all dik tevreden 💯👌😍!

Cons:

Waar ik slaapde stond geen kleren kast dus mijn kleding moest op mijn koffers blijven en moest elke keer mijn koffer open maken. Mijn vriendin heeft wel een kleerhanger kast dus voor haar was makkie.
Maar voor,de rest vooral de WC en alles fik tevreden.

Pros:

The place was spacious for Tokyo, well suited and well equipped for our needs as a family of 4.
The neighbourhood is ideal, good shoping facilities and cozy restaurants and in general it feld safe and less crowded than the more central parts of Tokyo. There was a nice local feeling though close to Otsuka station and a very short ride with the yamanoteline to central places like Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ginza and the central station.

Cons:

Unfortunately the outside smoking area was just below the window, and and the airduct to the room and the smell of cigarette smoke went in to the room, but it was not a huge problem for us and it helped when we closed the air vent tight. But if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, a request for another room might be a good idea for you.
