Stayed for 1 night only for the race but our rest period cud have been better with a working AC
Cons:

I paid for an air conditioned room but AC was not working. Had to request for a fan. Was expecting a refund for at least half..but they did not make an offer. I had no choice too becauae it was fully booked, so we cannot transfer rooms or hotels. Kinda disappointing

Pros:

Good place but the hot water didn't work. Other then that the room was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was right by the peer and walking distance to public transit options.

We stayed for a day
Pros:

The Ac was cold. There was a TV.

Cons:

I think the front dest which is on the 2nd floor should have a receptionist all the time. We checked in at the restaurant below where the staff seemed like their lives are miserable. They smile to foreigners but when they turn their back at them they're like emotionless.. the room we stayed had a weird smell.

In a walking distance from the sea port

Cons:

Strong smell of mildew.
Toilet flush has not worked.

Address leads to a slightly different location. Hotel is not clearly marked. It is actually on the top of a restaurant

DON'T SAY HERE...
Pros:

We checked in early since we had meetings all day/eve. They assigned us two rooms. When we returned at 9:30pm, they had "given" our rooms away we can assume since no staff or guard onsite. We could hear noises in our "assigned room. Meanwhile, they had said we could store our bags, but upon our return, the area was locked. So, we proceeded to another hotel with NO BAGS. BTW, they did not have our reservations. I had to show on my phone that we had reservations. MY SUGGESTION: DO NOT LIST THIS HOTEL ON YOUR WEBSITE.
