Pros:

The receptionist had an excellent customer service.

Cons:

Uncontrolled noise, the room was small and the shower was even smaller. Poor room service. They brought uncovered breakfast from the kitchen yo the outside room

When I arrived were directed to sleep in the outside room that was now attracting at all, the walls were wet and had cracks we had to look for another accommodation

Ohhh electricity....loadshedding they must start installing the generators.but the place is perfect and welcoming.

Good for quick overnight stay
Pros:

Breakfast was served in bed at no extra cost. Good Filling Breakfast. Sausages very cheap taste and fruit juice is the milky blend that is not to everyone's taste. Bed slept comfortable. Room is spacious and very clean. Nice robes provided. Staff very helpful and friendly. Did not use the Spa facility or pool, but it looked good. Property is in a rural setting with new development in the area.

Cons:

The quality of the breakfast sausages and the fruit juice. No waste bin provided in the room. Free Wi-Fi too slow to watch YouTube videos. Building activities at present at the neighboring property.

It was fabulous having head to toe massage and having delicious lunch and breakfast

The setting was beautiful with low noise levels

Cons:

The place is in need of urgent maintenance. No hand towel provided. The towel rails were pulled out of the wall. No bathroom mats. Only one dry clean type clothes hanger in the room. Only 2 pillows provided for a queen size bed. The fitted sheet was way too small and did not cover the mattress.

Bedside lamps were there but no plug sockets to plug them in.

Bar fridge and aircon cannot be used simultaneously due to lack of sockets.

No fixed mirror in the bedroom to do make up. There was a loose standing mirror on the floor leaning against the wall.

Shower door way too narrow. We battled to fit through the door.
