_cô bé lễ tân đeo kiếng có thái độ không tốt khi nhắc tôi phải gửi lại chìa khóa phòng. tôi lần đầu mới gặp trường hợp phải gửi chìa khóa nhưng có thể nói nhẹ nhàng thay vì thái độ được mà.
_có chỗ để xe nhưng không cho đem xe vào, để phơi mưa ướt đến tối mới dắt vào với lý do là ồn.tôi chạy xe vào rồi còn phải vòng ra ngoài, nếu muốn như vậy tại sao không treo bảng hoặc phổ biến từ đầu. tôi giud cấp 3 7 năm liền rồi chưa gặp cái khách sạn nào như vậy. nhưng vẫn đánh giá cao vấn đề vệ sinh.

The bed was extremely hard making difficult to sleep comfortably. Moreover, the staff was rude. Card payments are not accepted here. Hotel staff also requires all guests to leave the key at the reception every time they leave.

The bed was rock solid! I am a camper (so use to sleeping on the ground on small roll mats, and this was worse). A bit disappointing considering how expensive the hotel is.

It is unfriendly to rent a motorbike through the reception when you plan to go for a bigger trip outside the city. Going outside the city means higher renting price, pay full amount in advance, leave passport as deposit (checking-in when on multiday trip is your problem) and sign a contract (that you don't get a copy of) where you specify the amount. When renting, I asked if it is okay to return the bike earlier and get the money back just in case something went wrong, was told yes. But when it actually happened, I was told that I signed the contract for the maximum amount and will not get anything back. Quite unpleasant experience. :(
Also, the bed is probably the hardest in 4 weeks in Vietnam (we paid for the bigger "Deluxe room").

Mattres was the hardest thing I've ever slept on. Like concrete!
Booked 2 nights checked out after one. Could not sleep on it

The beds were extremely hard which we found uncomfortable but not a problem if you like a very firm bed.
