Die Unterkunft ist ein privates Apartment im 26. Stock des Courtyard Marriot Gebäudes direkt am Steinstrand (ohne Badeschuhe unbenutzbar!). Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Lage ist toll. Die Verdunkelung ist okay.

The location is perfect, the beach is 100m away, all you need to do is just cross the road and you are there. The view from the room is fantastic, not only from the balcony but every window. The host is kindest and nicest person, helped with everything related to or stay and even more. Overall perfect experience.

الفندق جميل ولاكن المضيف ليس موجود في اسرائيل وهو يديره من هناك حتى جوازات السفر لم يطلب مني فقط د خخخخ لا وخرجت وفي ملاحظة صارت لي طفت الكهرباء من الساعة 11:30 مساء حتى 11:30 صباحا و في اليوم اقول عوضني يقول لا أيضاً الغرفة ليس بنظافة الجيده وطلبت تنظيم فقط لدورة المياه قالي فقط الصباح التنظيف لا يستحق أن يرفع

Fully equipped-clean self services studio, central location to all attractions, polite owner, nice sea view with 26th floor, and a great choice for couples or small family. Generally, I like it with good value.

Being an Apartment breakfast was not included but there are plenty of options for Breakfast buffet Eg. Alliance palace @40Gel and courtyard Mariott @55gel, also there are lots of breakfast places in proximity of 50 meters to the location.
The panoramic view is spot on, and you get to see a beautiful sunset. The host provided everything on arrival such as new utensils extra towels on request. The host was very quick and easy to communicate with, both before and after arrival. I would highly recommend this property as it is proximity to all the best attractions in Batumi. A Porter service was available to help take your luggage to your apartment. There is no swimming pool access, but you can get access to the one in the hotel in the same building for 90 gel/person. Bolt is a very commonly used Taxi app which was recommended to us by the owner being cashless it is easy and convenient. This is an excellent property and would highly rate is 10 stars.

The location of the hotel is in front of the sea .. the view is spectacular.. the room is spotless and has whatever you want to enjoy your vacation .. just take your towel, then jump in to the beach .. the owner is attentive and helpful .

That was the best apartment I ever stayed, it's on the edge of the building entirely facing the sea side. There are only two apartments like this on each floor. Full facilities, big bathroom, big refrigerator, sofa. The mattress was hard right like I love it. There is also carpet on all the floor, not hard cold tiles. Really nice to walk barefoot. I came to Batumi for a weekend to enjoy the city, but I didn't want to leave the apartment, so good it was. If you have enough money, I recommend to book it.

Loved everything about this property. Coziness, cleanness, location, and of course - the view!
Sleep with the window open - and you don’t need any meditation, sound of the gentle waves is your lullaby. Nothing is better than waking up to the beautiful sea view.
Owner is very responsive, courteous and helpful. We came to Batumi at 1 AM at night and everything was arranged perfectly for us to receive the key

Great location. Perfect view, the best view possible: 26th floor, sea view from the windows and from the balcony. + view of the city center from the balcony.

Good internet was important to me: yes, it is good.

And a wonderful host: my flight was canceled twice in a row due to weather, so I arriving on the wrong day and the wrong time. But the owner accepted me even at this time.

Amazing panorama sea and city view, beach is right near, clean and cozy apartments for work and travel, hospitable host. Apartment is equipped with all needed stuff for vacation. In my next travel I will try check-in here again, it's like dependency from this place.

I will never forget this view from apartment windows, it is like a space shuttle hovering not far from the sea.
