Il peggiore hotel nel quale sono stato

Non mi è piaciuto nulla.

Cons:

Avevamo una prenotazione per 4 notti. Dopp la prima notte abbiamo cambiato hotel.
Ho parlato con 3 persone dello staff e nessuna parlava inglese. Camere sporche, aria condizionata che funziona male. Posizionata sopra il letto in modo che se ti sdrai il flusso di aria ti arriva direttamente addosso e soprattutto con un quantitativo di polvere nelle bocchette che non potete immaginare. Impossibile aprire la finestra perche la musica dei negozi dura TUTTA la notte.
Il lavandino, wc, e doccia sono in 3 ambienti separati e non in un unica stanza.
Quando siamo andati via prima nessuno si è degnato di chiederci il motivo. Ai nostri messaggi su booking, rispondevano in giapponese.
Ho dormito in molti posti "discutibili" ma questa è la prima volta che cambio hotel.

Great stay in Shinjuku
Pros:

Polite staff, rooms were clean and bed was comfortable (We like hard beds). Great location with lots of access to train/subway, convenient stores, restaurants, Donki right in front. Close enough to the heart of Shinjuku without being overcrowded/noisy. Wifi was working, offers luggage storage and reasonable price. Towels, hairdryer, hair styler, toiletries and slippers provided.
Would definitely stay again if we return to Tokyo.

calm hotel in the heart of Shinjuku
Pros:

it was a nice stay close to the heart of Shinjuku disctrict. If you are a fan of nightlife & parties - you have all of it within a walking distance. Even if we were not interested, it was a good experience to explore the neighbourhood. The personnel was very friendly and was listening to our requests, moreover, they let us leave the luggage for few hours even after check-out, so that we had an extra day for a proper sightseeing. The bed was comfortable, wi-fi worked seamless

Cons:

the only two things that may bother people is that the hotel seem to be an old one and especially the bathroom might need to be refreshed in a near future. Also, the windows are basically non-existent, however that was only a minor disadvantage. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

כשהיינו צריכים לשלוח את המזוודות הפקיד לא ידע אנגלית ואמר שאין להם שירות כזה (אחרי שווידאנו כמה פעמים אם פקידה אחרת) לאחר שהסברנו לו נתן לנו למלא את הפתק לבד וללא עזרה

Doing laundry not really a good one dryer takes forever even you put in a two hours setting that cost 900 yen your clothes still damp when it's done .

Pros:

Hotel tertemizdi. Çalışanlar çok nazik metroya yürüyerek 8 dk mesafede ama konumu muazzam karşısında don quijote var. Ystakları çok konforlu 4 gün kalmamıza rağmen odamızı temizlediler.
