Very central location in Shinjuku, the street was bustling with Korean restaurants and shops. Despite the busy Street, there was very little noise disturbances in the room (our room faced to the back of the hotel).
The amenities were good. The room was bigger than a previous hotel we stayed in (in Osaka), with a separate lavatory and wet room including a deep bath. The TV supported Netflix which was a bonus but not a requirement for us. Fridge and microwave in the room were also a plus.
The room was very clean, you have the option to not have the room cleaned every day, however the staff will clean every 3 days minimum for hygiene reasons.
The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. No breakfast available at the property, but plenty of restaurants and/or convenience stores around for a morning brunch.
The bed was not the most comfortable for us, as the mattress felt very hard. The bedding was very soft however, which made up for it.
Some of the toilet features weren't working, which is a minor detail for us.

The staff were lovely, helpful and spoke english. The rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities we needed and some we didn't know we needed. The staff provided us a crib for our baby which was amazing.
This is a perfect spot, we have nothing negative to say.
Proximity to shin-ōkubo station, good variety of food and shopping in the area. Bed was very comfortable :)

La posizione è il punto forte ( vicina a metro e konbini ), struttura ammodernata, caffè a disposizione dei clienti ( solo la mattina ), camera pulita con tutto il necessario.

Struttura moderna e pulita, camere veramente molto spaziose per essere a Tokyo! Consigliatissimo anche per la posizione molto centrale!

Convenient location
For the price we paid, we expected the room to be cleaned and comfortable. We found many black molds around the tiles and mirror in the shower. Staff was not able to change room so it made our stay very uncomfortable.

Assolutamente tutto. Camera fornita di tutto il necessario dalle ciabatte all accappatoio ...anzi Spazzolini e dentifricio ogni giorno...alla piastra per capelli ...forno a microonde.
