Loved the stay here with everything not so far away. It was perfect for our family and if we come back next year we will

The location was fantastic and only a little walk to Otsuka station for the yamanote line which is great as all the other areas are so close by . Lots of shops and supermarkets around as well.
The washing machine and the drying room was great to have . Always had extra toilet paper, shower products and laundry products topped up which was great . With all the accomodation we’ve stayed at these were the most comfiest beds and pillows that we’ve had

Cons:

Property doesn’t have a lift which is expected for a smaller apartment . The room is small but that’s expected for Tokyo and you’re there just to sleep at the end of the day

A small, nice apartment in a new building only a short distance from the station.
Pros:

The host answered our questions very quickly, and was solution-oriented when we asked if we could check in early as we arrived early with the plane.

We enjoyed our stay. The host was responsve. The facilities were all working and we had no issues.
Pros:

The beds were comfy with plenty space for my family of three.

Cons:

Little small and around 10 min from station, which was no issue for us. The walk to station was easy and the size is actually expected for Tokyo,
