Pros:

near the city. easy parking. either you park inside the building or outside. here a tips for you. parking not free. a lot cheaper when you park 7am till 11pm. the price will became expensive from 12am till 6am.

Cons:

a bit difficult to find where is the customer service or reception. unless you use car and go to parking lot inside the building it will directly goes to reception on level 3.

HORRIBLE, NEVER COMING BACK
Pros:

Room had smell, no window but this was never made clear BEFORE booking. Location difficult to find, hidden inside shopping mall and felt dodgy. Call the number given but never answered. Finally "another hotel" texted me to inform about check in BUT refused to pick up the phone when I needed help finding the hotel! (But said she worked for ANOTHER hotel) There was NO STAFF at all at the reception of this hotel so there was NO way to complain or ask for help or change the room or bedsheet etc! Felt totally left alone and worried about safety. I would only pay RM20 for such a room but was charged RM80 per night. HORRIBLE experience

They canceled my booking last minute saying no room available.
Pros:

nothing bcs i haven’t have the chance to stay there. They accepted my booking but suddenly few minutes before check in they called and said there was no room available.

Cons:

They canceled my room last minute via calls. 2 days later i have to contact them myself because they didn’t even contact me for refund purposes. And in booking apps it state that i didn’t show up.
