Host was lovely, price was good, location was nice. 24 hr check in and service from front desk was awesome.
One night we had no hot water at all, the pillows were moldy (but they were happy to replace them), and the room smelt funny. Also if you are just starting your trip in Vietnam make sure to check pillows everywhere. We didn’t notice the mold until after we had slept one night. It’s very common in Vietnam. I’m writing this review a few weeks after our stay and at 80% of the places we’ve been to there has been mold on pillows.

Nice view from room, elevator to my floor and smart tv with easy controls. Great location with lots to see and eat around. Secure parking for bike. Can pay with card !
The room was not clean. There was hairs all over my bed and it felt damp which lead me to believe the cleaning lady had just sprayed the sheets and not changed them from the previous person who stayed in my room. No free water bottles in the room and at this price you would expect it. Only water was 5 floors down and in a different room. Walls covered with suspicious marks even the tv remote felt dirty. I just feel like a refresh of the room could be done and the staff could take a little more care in cleaning to a proper standard.

Las fotos del anuncio no son reales, están retocadas con inteligencia artificial. Las paredes están llenas de manchas de humedad. Hay telarañas enormes en los muebles por no haberlos limpiado en meses. Realmente es una estafa, ya que las fotos de los anuncios no tienen nada que ver con la realidad.
El recepcionista me trató como un delincuente, pidiéndome el pasaporte en varias ocasiones, y mi vuelo de salida del país, porque no creía que como español no necesitase un visado. Ni siquiera sabía la hora real del check out: me dijo que era a las 11 cuando en Booking ponía a las 12.
En el baño había una cucaracha.

The proper had a tv with Netflix and YouTube! Really comfy beds.
