Don't make a reservation. They turned me away. They're scammers. I've been traveling for years. I've stayed in dozens of hotels. This is the first time I've experienced something like this. They ruined my Vietnam vacation. Never, never, never

They confirmed my reservation. Then when I got to the hotel, they said it was full. They left me stranded.
The room was spacious, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. The staff was very friendly, especially Tùng, who was very helpful in guiding me. A nice place to stay!
The location is nice (close to the sights) but a bit far from downtown. However, there are restaurants and shops nearby.
De prijs kwaliteit verhouding was erg goes. Ook de receptie was erg behulpzaam! Tùng heeft ons goed geholpen en was erg vriendelijk!
The location is great and the staff are friendly. You can tell the place had a lot of potential — the design and concept are nice, and the photos (likely from when it first opened) look impressive.
Not sure where all the positive reviews are coming from. The property has clearly seen better days. The rooftop is closed, and the lobby shown in the photos isn’t usable. The biggest issue was cleanliness: the room was extremely dirty. We found a cockroach in the bed, there was hair everywhere, the sheets didn’t seem to have been washed, the towels were stained, there was dust throughout, and even the drawers were dirty. The toilet also had a strong, unpleasant smell. It’s honestly the dirtiest place we’ve ever stayed in.

Nhân viên tên Hưng. Bạn rất nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ từ lúc nhận phòng, đến lúc dắt xe hoặc là khi phòng gặp sự cố tay nắm cửa.
Tay nắm cửa bị hỏng, rèm có những vệt ố mốc, nước bị đọng ở vùng phía chân bồn cầu. Còn lại về tổng quan ổn.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, and it had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit.
I especially want to mention Tùng, who was incredibly helpful when we lost my room key—he assisted me quickly and made the situation stress-free.
Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!
