Confortable, recent et spacieux ! Super rapport qualite / prix.
Pros:

Petit dejeuner excellent. La cusiniere vient dans votre appartement vous le preparer !

Cons:

Probleme d'eau chaude mais qui a ete resolus et le check in a ete laborieux car je suis arrivee tard et le gardien n'avait pas les infos au sujet de mon arrivée. En cas d'arrivee tardive, je vous conseille de demander tous les codes avant l'arrivee !

Le monsieur du petit déjeuner au top

Comfortable, Spacious but room for improvement.
Pros:

Staff was great and helpful particularly Chaima who was available with any issues throughout our stay.

Generally the apartment was comfortable and spacious.

The communication with staff was great and provided us extra assistance with our needs.

Cons:

Gym facilities was not great.

Roof top pool and area was not clean on two different occasions and didn't use the roof top pool.

From the picture provided, we didn't get any balcony where we can sit but didn't ruin our overall experience.

Great location and place in the middle of everything quick walk to restaurant and shops.
Pros:

Neighborhood was great. Area was beautiful.

Cons:

The shade cover over the door in the master bedroom was broken which prevented us from using the patio off that bedroom.

Cons:

Le personnel n’était pas désagréable, mais malheureusement peu disponible et peu orienté service. L’accueil est censé être ouvert 24h/24, pourtant il y avait très souvent personne à la réception lorsque nous avions besoin d’un renseignement.

Concernant le parking, il faut klaxonner à chaque entrée et sortie pour qu’on nous ouvre, ce qui est très dérangeant, surtout lorsqu’on rentre tard.

J’avais également fait une demande plusieurs jours avant notre arrivée pour pouvoir accéder à la chambre à 14h au lieu de 15h. Je n’ai reçu aucune réponse. Finalement, en arrivant, notre chambre n’a été prête qu’à 16h10, ce qui est difficile à comprendre lorsqu’on insiste autant sur le départ à 11h afin que les chambres soient prêtes à 15h.

Globalement, la qualité de service et de l’accueil ne correspond pas au niveau de prestation attendu. Les demandes, même légitimes, donnent souvent l’impression d’être traitées rapidement ou refusées sans réelle volonté d’aider ou d’apporter une solution.

Accueil chaleureux, appartement conforme, petit dej délicieux (préparé directement dans notre cuisine), centre de Marrakech facilement accessible en taxi.

Nice place you don’t need to worry about food, travel everything is easy and staff is very friendly..😊
Pros:

Nice destination everything is nearby to visit easy transportation

Cons:

It was a little expensive for me because I stayed in other hotels with some more good amenities like them at cheap prices it’s just my point of view doesn’t mean a lot but still happy with the service
Staff was very good and talk very politely in every conversation
