Зона на крыше прикольная. Есть бесплатный подземный паркинг. Хорошая доступность до ресторанов. Вообще выглядит как элитный район. Очень классные балкончики в квартире
бассейн на крыше был слегка грязноватым, но это окей. Хамам не работал, А я, честно говоря, из-за него и хотел там поселиться.

Wonderful staff, particularly the lady who came every morning and made a great breakfast.
The air conditioning was good and the kitchen facilities were adequate. Great location for exploring the new area of the city and excursion pickups.
Uncomfortable beds, lack of towels and noise at night. No bedside cabinets and the place generally lacked attention to detail. We were disappointed that the room we were allocated was not the fancy bright one advertised. The indoor pool was not functioning and the gym was not usable.

The gym equipments don’t work and appeared very dusty from not being used in ages. The swimming pool appeared dirty and the main swimming pool isn’t in use. Asides that it was a beautiful property in a busy city center

We stayed here as a group of three and found the apartment's layout to be highly functional. The bedding configuration of a queen and two singles suited us perfectly, and having two toilets plus a washing machine made the space incredibly convenient for a group. The location is also fantastic, with plenty of dining options nearby and a large shopping mall just a short five minute walk away. Additionally, the service we received had some highlights. The staff allowed us to use the rooftop facilities early since our room wasn't ready when we arrived, and the gentleman who took our bags up to our room was friendly and helpful while showing us around the apartment. Overall, the stay was okay.
Unfortunately, the property itself was a letdown compared to the online listing. We were attracted to this apartment because of the beautiful photos and the advertised spa, but the reality looked nothing like the pictures. The rooftop photos are outdated, the furniture is worn with sunken lounges, several sunbeds are damaged, and the cabanas lack the flowy draped material shown online. Even our private balcony was a disappointment, featuring nothing but dry dirt and dead plants in the planter box. We could hear every noise from the apartment above us, everything happening in the corridor, and loud neighborhood noise late into the night. None of us slept well. The shower door was missing, which meant water poured all over the floor every time we showered. The mattresses were rock hard, like sleeping on concrete with a sheet on top. I was so sore after the first night that I had to sleep on the couch for the rest of the stay. Management desperately needs to add soft mattress toppers or replace them entirely. The staff member who checked us in lacked a friendly personality. It doesn't hurt to smile when guests arrive. I regret not reading prior reviews, as many others have warned about these exact same issues. The apartment size and location are excellent, but management seriously needs to update their marketing materials or upgrade the property to match what they are advertising.
A localização era razoável, era bom por estar perto das estradas principais embora na rua onde fica o alojamento fosse um bocado duvidosa ao fim do dia. Tem restaurantes perto e o supermercado também é perto, no máximo 5min a caminhar.
Não estavam à nossa espera, quando chegamos para fazer o check in e mesmo depois de já ter falado com pessoas por mensagem através do boking, ainda assim foram apanhados desprevenidos, não existe limpeza durante os dias todos que se fica lá hospedado, não seria um problema se não houvesse um buraco no chão e estavam constantemente a sair de lá formigas, para além disso, como não havia limpeza, tivemos que ficar com a mesma toalha para tomar banho durante os 5 dias que lá ficamos.
