Wrócę do tej Rezydencji ponownie
Pros:

Śniadania było bardzo dobre. Zaskoczeniem było przyjście osoby do mieszkania i przygotowywanie śniadania w kuchni. Natomiast w pobliżu jest Carrefour i można zrobić zakupy i przygotowywać śniadanie we własnym zakresie. Obok również jest piękna kawiarnia w które można wypić kawę i zjeść croissant.

Nie było niczego co by mi przeszkadzało

Prima appartement!
Pros:

Het personeel doet er echt alles om het naar je zin te maken! Ontbijt wordt door het personeel in je appartement klaargemaakt.

Cons:

Het is een wat gedateerd appartement. Wij zaten ook in een appartement die niet op de foto’s staat. Zo hadden we geen douchedeur waardoor het water de badkamer inliep. De wasbak liep niet goed door. Erg gehorig.

Bon séjour!
Pros:

L’emplacement était pas mal, joli appartement et surtout propre.

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas eu l’appartement désiré le premier jour, le canapé était trop petit pour 5 personnes,mais le deuxième appartement était super…par contre l’eau de la piscine chauffée n’etait pas assez chaude dommage.

Confortable et spacieux
Pros:

La superficie de l’appartement, la machine à laver, le confort des lits, resto à proximité, quartier calme

Cons:

J’avais réservé un appartement avec balcon, nous n’en n’avons pas eu.
Mauvaise insonorisation, l’appartement est moins beau que sur les photos, il y avait quelques insectes la nuit qui sortait des canalisations, nous avons été un peu déçues du spa et notre frigo ne marchait pas.

Wygodny, czysty, zadbany, dogodne położenie.

Cons:

Śniadanie- brak kawy , choć w opiniach była informacja że jest jej bardzo dużo. Śniadanie typowo marokańskie- poprawne. To był nasz trzeci obiekt w Maroku i tutaj były one najsłabsze .

Pros:

Appartement propre, bon emplacement, personnel là si besoin. Petit-déjeuner préparer par Amin impeccable.

Cons:

L'appartement était bien mais par rapport aux photos on s'attendait un appartement un peu plus luxueux.

Great location, good option if you don’t want a riad.
Pros:

Great location outside of the mainstream touristic medina and close to a lot of modern shops really handy if you are a tourist. The personnel was helpful and the room has everything as described.

Cons:

The facilities of the pool, sauna, ping pong table etc could have been better preserved and cleaned more often. The water on the pool seemed kind of blurry and because of the humidity there were stains in the whole area, but no major problems still enjoyed it.

Pobyt bardzo udany i ogólnie bardzo polecam ten apartament
Pros:

Bardzo ładny i przestronny apartament wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Bardzo dobry kontakt z personelem. Czysto. Dla zainteresowanych - śniadanie nie jest w formie bufetu ani a la karte. Jest codziennie, o ustalonej godzinie, robione przez dochodząca osobę w kuchni w apartamencie . Typowe marokańskie śniadanie, smaczne i syte. Trzeba ustalić dokładnie o której godzinie ma byc gotowe, zazwyczaj zrobienie zajmuje do 15 min. Może to mieć znaczenie w przypadku zaplanowanych wyjazdów na wycieczki.

Cons:

dość twarde materace na łóżkach. Okna średnio szczelne . W przypadku pokoju z oknami wychodzącymi na główną ulicę (czyli od tyłu budynku) jest dość głośno a ruch na drodze jest do późnych godzin nocnych. Dla osób wrażliwych polecam zatyczki do uszu :). Za ten hałas jeden mały minus ode mnie.

Exceptionnel
Pros:

Exceptionnel. Excellent accueil. Bon petit déjeuner préparé par Rahma. Son thé est exceptionnel. Appartement de haut standing impeccable. Accès se fait par digicode donc pas besoin de clé. Personnel de surveillance à l'accueil disponible pour vous rendre service.

Cons:

Quelques rénovations sont nécessaires à la piscine du bas car les peintures s'effritent ainsi que le nettoyage des rebords (carrelage) est à faire toujours dans la partie commune hors appartement.
