Very well designed hotel with stunning views and excellent service and services.
Pros:

Easy to enter, and the valet parking works well. The terrace rooms have wonderful outdoor seating and views that are stunning. The stuff were all so very helpful and efficient. The food at the restaurant was very good.

Cons:

The shower over the bath was horrible! The sides of the bath were high and we are in our late 70's...unfortunately there are no hand holds and my husband took a fall, slipping in the bath while showering. Fortunately just a few bruises and a sore head. But the hotel really should not put older people in these bathrooms and also there must be something solid to hold onto!

Pros:

Very good experience at the hotel we stayed there twice during our trip. Very car dependent beautiful view from the rooms and main areas. Nice breakfast nice pool. Check in and check out where quick. Dinner at the hotel while watching the sunset is pretty amazing.

Cons:

Getting in and out of the parking lot, this pretty tedious, breakfast staff is un attentive. Some of them looked like they didn’t even want to be there.

La vue, le parking pratique, la chambre moderne. Les équipements.

Cons:

Le plat de filets de rougets. Le poisson n'était pas frais. Les gambas qui ont remplacé cette entrée étaient quelconque. La sauce de mangue manquait aussi de fraîcheur. L'agneau était beaucoup trop salé et le chou rouge pas très bon. Le Hugo Spritz était beaucoup trop sucré. Donc pas convaincu par le repas du soir.

Lovely modern hotel with amazing location
Pros:

The hotel was very lovely with extraordinary views from high up above Eze village The rooms were large and modern with a lovely terrace
The pool was very beautiful
The staff were friendly and helpful
Good value fir this special location

Cons:

The quality of the meals at the the restaurant was disappointing .
Having spent 2 weeks in Provence we were expecting something better to match the quality of the hotel

I have forgotten a precious for me device in the room and it was found, saved and the staff even offered me to sent it back to Italy.

Sehr schöne Aussicht und sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Aktuell ist noch alles im Schuss, aber eine Überholung der Gebäude sollte ins Auge gefasst werden.
Evtl asiatische Gäste in einem separaten Raum frühstücken lassen. Sie sind sehr lärmig um in ruhe zu frühstücken.

Wir bekamen ein Up grade in die oberen Zimmer
Super schöner Ausblick
Frühstück war auch sehr gut

Cons:

Leider ist das Pool nicht beheizt und somit zu kalt für den Monat Mai
Außerdem hätte das Spa extra gekostet
Das ist für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse ungewöhnlich und sehr schade
