Pretty comfy
Pros:

Quiet neighborhood. My only problem was when we arrived the apt. Wasn’t cleaned so we had to call a number, file a report and then wait till the contacted us to go back to the apt. After it was completed it was clean and we were happy with the results. Microwave was broken so we couldn’t reheat any leftovers. We did like the apt. And surrounding area.

Not worth it
Pros:

I contacted property with enough time in advance to say I was coming a day late but they refused to refund the day even after I showed them their policy.

The lock box was in a dark spot at the end of an alley and I felt uncomfortable getting my key at 10pm. Their customer service did stay on phone while I got it.

The building and parking garage were very confusing to navigate and it took me 40 mins to find my room at 10-10:30 pm! The next day I saw someone else who was lost and confused. Also the elevator wouldn’t go to the level my car was on so I had to walk up to get to it with my bags.

The room had bright lights outside and no blackout curtains. The building was older and while the bed was comfortable, nothing else was in great shape.

Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant stay and unbelievable that they wouldn’t refund me for the 1 night even though their policy clearly stated they would with the advance notice I gave.

Pros:

We stayed 2 nights for the Taylor Swift concert. When I booked I had no idea how close it was to the stadium. That alone saved a great deal of money. I was hesitant to book due to negative reviews that they would never stay again, but the price made me book it. I will say I was very pleased with the stay. Our room was clean no smell of dogs as previously stated. The hallway going to the room could have been a tad bit neater but still not bad. The only complaint
I had with the reservation is we did not get a parking garage access card that I was suppose to get. I parked in paid parking and I am just hoping that I am not going be sent a bill weeks or months down the line. Customer service with Landing wasn’t any help getting an access card. If I get a ticket/bill for parking I will be forwarding it to Landing. Overall, the room is great, well worth the risk and it turned out great!

Wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

The complex was nice and I liked the location on the canal. The apartment itself smelt bad; like smokey pets. I didn’t complain about it to anyone but would not stay here again. Also the registration process was crazy.

Pros:

The property was nice and fairly well kept. Upon check in there was a portable in room air conditioner with the vent hose cut through the door to the balcony which made it next to impossible to use the balcony. The whole “verification” process with the Landing app was a total pain. They wanted selfies, ID, SSN, etc. That’s extremely excessive for a 2 night rental booked through Expedia. As well, they wanted it for my spouse. Complete pain. For that reason alone I wouldn’t book a Landing property again.
