Не рекомендую нікому цей готель.
Cons:

Адміністрація готелю жодного дня нашого перебування не була присутня за стойкою. Всилитись в готель нам допомогали інші мешканці готелю та прибиральниця. Хоча ми забронювали номер та оплатили його заздалегіть. На пошту прийшло з готелю підтвердження бронювання та вибраного номеру від самої адміністрації. Але коли ми приїхали в Токіо, двері готелю в 15:00 були зачинені. Попасти ми в нього майже годину не могли, поки інші постояльці з нього не вийшли. Хоча час нашого заселення було обговорено з адміністрацією і підтверджено. За три дні нашого перебування в цьому готелі номер не прибирали жодного разу, навіть не виносили сміття. Хоча ціна номеру включає прибирання (6000 йєн).

Pleasant at best, save for the strong damp smell
Pros:

We chose the futon room and it was by far the most restful sleep we had. Be advised that there are no sofas/chairs, as it is all supposed to floor sitting - which we were very happy with. There are NO utensils,cutlery etc (apart from a couple of mugs) and the only microwave available is in the lobby. We still had a blast doing late night ramen runs and filling up on cold water from the dispenser in the lobby.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the place, and our room, had a VERY strong damp like smell. We initially thought it was something we would get over, but unfortunately it was pretty strong and persistent in the room. Windows are sealed shut and the room ventilations clearly do not work as well. Not sure if the smell was due to actual damp or the 'woodwork' in the room. In either case, it was very strong and overpowering. Might skip on this one next time.

Pros:

Its is good very clean, seven 11 nearby. Also water umbrella everything is provided for free. Rooms are small but that will be the case everywhere in tokyo until you go to a five star.

Cons:

It’s close to train station but this train is out of the main city you have to take one extra train every day to go to umeda and some other famous places. If you can take 1 extra train every day then its fine very close to train station you can take train and go to a station that has metro line

Loved the place- great option for quick and easy stay.
Pros:

Location was great- so many restaurants surrounding. Easy to get in and out- and close to the train station.

Cons:

The matts were slightly uncomfortable, but totally acceptable.

Good price value ratio in a quiet neighborhood, only the bathroom marred the experience
Pros:

The room was very good value for its price, as it can even fit 3 people. It was well cleaned, and close to the TOBU line. The check in is automated, so you do not even have to interact with anyone to get settled in, the instructions are sent online.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the bathroom was musty, and as it had no windows it couldnt be aired. Even though i had the ventillator going 24/7 it always had this bad odour and these small moth like things kept appearing from somewhere.
The location is not in the city center, you need to travel 5 stops(about 15 min) on the tobu line to get to ikebukuro and the yamanote line.

Pros:

Wine & Roses, the adjacent wine bar was definitely a highlight!

Cons:

The heater did not get as hot as I would have liked so I had to wear multiple layers while sleeping. It is also pretty far from downtown Tokyo.

+ easy Check-In
+ quiet neighbourhood
+ very close to Tokiwadai Station (under 5 minutes)
+ Konbini, Supermarket, Restaurants, coin laundry, Pachinko hall all nearby

Cons:

Nothing big to complain about. Just nice to know:
- most of the times transfers to central Tokyo are needed (but easy to handle)
- maybe missed a glowlight or table lamp
