Residence con piscina a Liscia di Vacca, 350 mt dal mare, 3 km da Porto Cervo

Le matelas très inconfortable et les draps et couvertures trop petits pour la dimension du matelas. Cela est vraiment préjudiciable pour les vacances.

Pocas cápsulas de cafe por la mañana, o ningún tipo de infusion que siempre es un detalle importante. Las cápsulas tienen un tamaño difícil de encontrar para comprar. Poco papel higiénico, supongo que porque no hay limpieza diaria (ya estipulado).

Que no tenía posibilidad de buen servicio de limpieza, que no tiene nada a distancia caminando para comprar insumos básicos, que en la residencia no había nada para ayudar a cocinar, y los empleados poco colaborativos

Bathroom in a very poor state. Cracked toilet seat, rusted toilet brush holder, rust stains. rotting window. Management replaced items but shocking they rent it out in this condition in the first place.
The apartment was damp even with AC on dry we could not get the moisture out. Big stains and loose plaster because moisture problems. Very limited kitchen supplies: no frying pans, only the bare minimum in cutlery, plates etc. Extra Sofa bed not suitable for two adults. During a stay of 1 week no change of bed linens or towels. Its all disappointing for the money spent.

The photos provided on booking.com shower a room on an upper level, with cushioned benches on a covered terrace, which is why I booked this apartment. However we got a room on the ground floor, and though the apartment was huge, we didn't have any view and the terrace was only furnished with a plastic table and chairs. So I was a bit sad because I had looked forward to the lounge terrace with a view. Those were the more luxurious rooms aparently, but that wasn't clear from the pictures on the website. The bed was incredibly hard (our backs were broken) and if we wanted more than a single sheet to cover us we only had a sturdy blanket available that didn't come with any cover (isn't washed after every use). The shutters also didn't keep out the light at all so we woke up very early. The place could use a bit of modernising and updating (including the bathroom and the stocking of the kitchen utensils and materials, which were all kept in the living room - bit inconvenient).

The pictures show that the apartments are just across a green field by the ocean, but unfortunately they are building a new huge apartment complex in between, so you do have to cross a street and then some building terrain first.
