for the price and only stay for 1 night, we can bear with it
Pros:

location is good, the view is good, it is very spacious

Cons:

the suite was probably had water damage, the floor was broken, so the carpet was used to cover, there might be water leaking from the air conditioning, so there is a bucket underneath, no wifi, asked for, but no answers from the staff. Lucky I brought towel, toothpaste, toothbrush and all utility as barely it was provided, the bath towel does not look clean, maybe washed using cheap laundry liquid, my friend touched it and does not feel comfortable on her fingers. Also, saw some bugs in the bathroom and on the benchtop.

Worst Stay. Nothing works
Pros:

Need major maintenance, Washer/dryer does not work. Kitchen sink broken, wifi worked only for two days, broker ironing table, no hand soap or tissues, towels ten years old, hot water only in one shower and lasts for two minutes and etc

Smelly, bad condition, no hot water, dirty.
Cons:

The rooms were dirty, found a man's underwear in the closet. No hot water in one bathroom, the bathtub doesn't hold water. The apartment smells bad and moldy. Only one key which is not enough for 4 people since the elevator needs key for access. Check-in procedure was a mess, staff gave us the wrong car park key. Not enough towels for 4 people.

What get not expected what info given during book.
Pros:

Mood holiday n new years gone.

Cons:

1.Parking need to pay myself, during booking parking free (pic), 4 hours rm23, 1 day rm48. 3 day I check in n need to pay. Reason owner, system problem not updte.

2.Cleanliness is not maintained properly. Our bed have fleas and full of pests until my skin have red spots (pic).

3.Pool closed during our stay.
