Nothing to like staff was very slow to respond they took 1hrs to respond call the number on the listing no one answer and send you another number that no one answer as well this property is suck 1star rating

Pros:

The place did have a washer and a kitchen which was good.

Cons:

Came to manilla from a long travel, ended up staying to another hotel due to no communication from the owner. Did communicate with the owner and was okay with the inconvenience we encountered from going around to look for the place and having to pay the taxi driver extra and getting a hotel room last minute. When we walked right in we encountered roaches. Additionally, the balcony was covered in carpet which covered the drainage so we couldn't use the balcony since it was flooded from the ac.

It’s a good place to stay. The housekeeping just need to reaolve the issue with the flies in the lobby.

Parking is so expensive. There are flies on tge lobby.

Pros:

Cleanliness of the unit but if you can add more kithen ware and utensils. Also no bidet.. Hope you can enhance more but we enjoy the entire stay. Owner or housekeeper is reaponsive too kudos 🤘🤘🤘

Disappointing
Pros:

- the location
- the room is new and has a modern touches

Cons:

- the check-in was very bad. we contacted them because we realise it's a privately owned room, not a hotel. they took a long time to reply. when we reached the place we waited for them for about an hour and they were unprofessional.
- the location in the booking is different from the room they give us we walked about 25 minutes more from the original location looking for the location they mean.

Same day booking
Pros:

The best part of the property was the pool being accessible from the balcony. Unfortunately, we dont have our swim wear with us and we're just too tired. But I love it also that we got a really good deal even if it was a same day booking

Cons:

I didn't like that we have to pay a lot for the parking. Thankfully, the staff know where we can park for a flat rate. I didn't like also that we only have Netflix and no access to tv networks. And that globe doesn't have internet service in the unit. So it was really great that they have fast wifi.
