Good Location, But Housekeeping Needs Work
Pros:

Good:
The staff were generally pleasant and accommodating, even though communication in English was a bit challenging. The location is also convenient—very accessible to malls and restaurants.

Bad:
We stayed for three nights, but our room was cleaned only once—and that was after I personally went down to the reception to complain. The housekeeping service needs significant improvement. Toiletries were not replenished, and even after the cleaning, I still spotted a cockroach in the room.
