It was a short stay but disappointing for the price.
Pros:

Location is excellent.

Cons:

Breakfast very average. Scrambled eggs inedible. Juice not fresh. Rooms well proportioned but tired and dark. Staff fine but not over welcoming. Hotel felt distinctly overpriced.

High level small boutique hotel in Bologna’s city center.
Pros:

Great small hotel with very nice and extremely friendly and attentive staff. The rooms were very nice, the bathrooms were newly remodeled and the hotel’s location was great. We took three rooms at three different price levels and were extremely happy with each. The air conditioning was great (we stayed during a heat wave) and the breakfast, included in the room price, was spectacular — a combination of fresh pastries, fruits, yogurt, and breads together with made to order crepes, eggs, pancakes and meat/cheese plates. We would definitely stay again in an instant.

Excelente alojamiento
Pros:

Excelente la atencion del personal, en especial la de Daria y Alina, quienes nos hicieron sentir muy a gusto con su gentileza y simpatía! El desayuno increible!!!

Cons:

La calle estaba siendo arreglada y resultaba un poco incomoda la llegada en vehiculo, pero fue algo ajeno al alojamiento.

Pros:

Der Frühstücksservice ist gut und das Personal sehr hilfreich. Die Baustelle vor dem Haus ist Pech, aber inzwischen beendet. Die Gegend ist mitten im studentischen Zentrum, das heisst Lärm bis tief in die Nacht.

Cons:

Kein Gratiswasser und das bei Temperaturen über 30 Grad. Die Extragebühr, um externe Sachen im Kühlschrank unterzubringen, ist eine Frechheit.
