Pros:

Personale gentilissimo e attento. La colazione era eccellente e la parte calda era tutta preparata al momento, c'è stata molta attenzione per la preparazione a favore degli intolleranti al lattosio.

Cons:

De locatie liet helaas te wensen over. In de omgeving zijn veel zwervers en dealers, wat het onprettig maakt om ’s avonds naar het hotel terug te keren. Voor vrouwen die alleen reizen zou ik deze locatie daarom niet aanraden.

Daarnaast was de douche niet ideaal: de douchekop hing op ongeveer 1,80 meter, wat voor langere gasten (ik ben 1,91 meter) onhandig is.

Gezien de prijsklasse had ik ook iets meer verwacht van het ontbijt — bijvoorbeeld biologische of kwalitatief betere producten zoals een organic ei.

Struttura molto accogliente e staff molto attento al cliente. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e ci ritornerei.
Pros:

Camera molto accogliente e pulita, con mobilio moderno. Anche gli spazi comuni sono gradevoli.
Molto apprezzata la presenza del bollitore perfettamente pulito in camera e il servizio di deposito del bagaglio dopo il check out. Colazione ricca e con prodotti di ottima qualità.

Cons:

Non c’è stato niente di negativo, se non la temperatura della camera un po’ elevata per le nostre abitudini, anche se il riscaldamento era spento. Abbiamo ovviato lasciando la finestra aperta.

Nice boutique style hotel. Good location with lovely staff.
Pros:

Well situated close to centre so can walk everywhere. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and nicely presented. Hotel is small but well appointed with everything you need for a city break. Bathroom was clean and well equipped and bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Just be aware that hotel is in the student quarter of city so can be quite noisy at night. Although saying that, our room was at the back so noise was minimal.

Servizio di fine pomeriggio oltre che a quello mattutino
Personale molto disponibile
Colazione molto abbondante, qualita' ottima e prodotti freschissimi - buffet dolci e menu per il salato

100% recommended , would stay again.
Pros:

The friendliest staff in any hotel I have stayed in and the breakfast was superb !! The whole place was spotlessly clean , it felt very up market - conveniently close to everything.

Cons:

Room was on the small side but spotless !

Ci tornerò e lo consiglio caldamente.
Pros:

La camera spaziosa, molto pulita e luminosa. Il bagno ampio e pulitissimo.

Cons:

Colazione eccellente e varia anche quella senza glutine. Personale molto gentile, qualificato e professionale.

Albergo in posizione centrale strategica, comodo ed elegante.
Pros:

Albergo situato in posizione eccellente, in zona centrale, ma in modo defilato. Hotel boutique molto curato. Colazione davvero eccezionale di altissimo livello. Personale molto cortese.

Cons:

Letto non comodo con copriletto piumino e cuscini non differenziati. Nessuna acqua di cortesia e prezzi al minibar davvero eccessivi (5 € per una bottiglia d'acqua).
