Pros:

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, close to everything and easy to explore the area. The views from the balcony are absolutely beautiful — a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Parking was a bit challenging, but that seems to be common everywhere in Sintra. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again.

The location was good, reasonable walking distance to town and close to the moorish castle

Cons:

Every room was mouldy, most nights sleep was disturbed by the cockerels crowing from as early as 2am, the last night we could not sleep due to people on the floor below screaming and shouting ALL NIGHT in a domestic disturbance.

La verdad solo la ubicacion

Desde la reservación fue demasiados inconvenientes ,nunca pude realizar la reserva del parking por qué nunca respondieron a mi correo ,las llamadas para indicar la llegada nunca fueron contestadas en todolas ocho horas antes de llegar a las instalaciones. Siento que me han robado fueron 400€ pagados que se pagó para al ser recibidos esperar 30minutos afuera con dos niñas pequeñas y golpear la puerta hasta que se nos abrió . Al entrar al lugar la humedad ,el moho y las instalaciones no podían estar en peor estado tanta era la humedad y el moho que la hora de salida era a las 11 am y tuvimos que salir a las 6 de la mañana con una de nuestras hijas trancada del pecho por la inhalación de tanta humedad volvería a sinitra pero nunca pero nunca más a ese lugar;; y lamento este texto tan largo pero considero que sí una familia con niños pequeños se alojará aquí la pasaría muy mal y no me gustaría que nadie pasara por esto

Gostei de tudo. Um local bonito num sítio bonito. Gostei de todos os detalhes - livros, decorações, instrumentos musicais. Senti-me como uma princesa, mas moderna, porque também havia toques modernos, como a PlayStation 5 (com a qual o meu parceiro ficou muito satisfeito), uma televisão grande, colunas na sala e na casa de banho. Enquanto tomava banho na enorme e bela banheira, pude ouvir música relaxante. Normalmente, não deixo comentários sobre os locais no booking, mas este lugar realmente tocou o meu coração e eu gostaria de voltar lá um dia e recomendá-lo a outras pessoas. Obrigada!

Pros:

Sintra WOW is a very welcoming and fascinating place, full of history and art. It's a historic villa with parterre and one upper floor, which makes you feel at home. It has a very homey vibe, around us vere a lot of art objects and art books. The apartment was big and well equipped, in the same time very old (the floor was stone, like in an ancient chateau) and very modern (television, "ok, google", coloured lighting etc.). The common area is huge (one place at the main floor and another at the upper floor) and has pool table and other games (scrabble, cards etc.), plus a piano and other instruments. The host is kind and helpful. All information for entering, staying and leaving were cristal clear and easy to follow.

If I ever come back (and this visit was my third one in Sintra) I will surely search availability for this place.

Apartament łączący w sobie nowoczesność z historią
Pros:

Bardzo niezwykły, z jednej strony autentyczny i gustowny, a z drugiej extremalnie nowoczesny apartament w 15 minutach od centrum Sintra.
Możliwość parkingu tuż przy apartamencie. Bardzo ładny widok z okna.

Cons:

W zimie było z początku nico zimno i trzeba było włączyć ogrzewanie.
Podobnie w spólnej części przy stolu bilardowym było zimno.

The most unique and comfortable stay!
Pros:

This was one of the most interesting places we have stayed. The accommodation was unique, very comfortable, and the bed was excellent. The hosts were absolutely dear and very helpful. The garden adjacent to the property was a wonderful walk to the village center. Charlie was an added bonus!

Si eres amante de lo antiguo es tu sitio. Si eres mas sibarita no es para ti.

La verdad es que no puede estar mas equipado. Por esa parte esta muy bien.

Cons:

Como casa antigua que es, huele bastante a humedad cuando se entra, deberian ventilar mas sobre todo en las zonas comunes. Algunas puertas no cierran bien, como la del baño. Escribí varios mensajes al propietario y nunca me contesto. Solo enviaba los tipicos mensajes standard.

The entire stay was a truly amazing experience. You feel as if you are staying in an ancient castle with the unique atmosphere of the 17th century, yet everything is perfectly combined with modern technology.

We traveled with friends and children, and the accommodation was perfect for all generations. In the evenings, the children enjoyed playing games on the screen and watching Netflix, while we adults had the opportunity to play billiards in another room, relax, and truly unwind. Everyone found something they enjoyed.

The location is also ideal for exploring Sintra and its landmarks. There is a bus stop right in front of the house with direct connections to Pena Palace and the Moorish Castle.

It was a stay we will remember for a long time, and we will definitely return. We can warmly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience.
