The place is one stop from Shinjuku Station on the Yamanote Line, making it very convenient for traveling around Tokyo. The host replied quickly and was helpful throughout our stay. The location is easy to find, with many convenience stores nearby.
The property is located on a street similar to a Korean town, with plenty of Korean restaurants, cosmetics, and Korean daily products. If you’re visiting Japan but also enjoy Korean food and products, this place could be a great fit.
The place is quite small, but I think this is normal in Japan, especially in Tokyo. Having the loft area upstairs does provide a bit of extra space. However, the bathroom is extremely small, and it was difficult for me to get used to.
One issue I encountered was that the hot water from the tap appeared cloudy white, which made me concerned about its safety for use. I hope the host can look into this matter.
Love the place as it is very close convenience store and train. The place was very neat and size is just about right for small family.

Es un sitio pequeño para 4 personas. En nuestro caso era una cama de matrimonio abajo y otra en entreplanta. La cama de abajo literalmente te hundías y la de arriba era a ras de suelo. A ver, no es lo más incómodo del mundo pero obviamente tampoco es lujo. El baño y ducha juntos (que en Japón suelen estar separados), hace que estando 4 personas, sea muy limitado.

Host reageert snel en vriendelijk, de lokatie is echt top (dichtbij station en hoewel midden in de drukte toch rustig kunnen slapen) en voor Japanse begrippen een best ruime kamer.
Sobere kamer die wat gedateerd aandoet. Ligt in een soort ‘kelder’. Enige toilet in Japan die ik heb gezien die niet ‘Japans’ is.

The room is considered good and value for money. The host is quick to reply my queries and kind. The room is overall comfortable, host is kind enough to provide us with lots of essential items like tissue and toilet paper and detergent.
The top floor can be very warm as the hot air rises from the heater.

The location was amazing! Very close to Shin Okubo station and Shinjuku. There were many options for shops, restaurants, and convenience stores (Kombinis). It was also very easy to find! The accommodation was clean and tidy. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and tissues.
The toilet was not high-tech and was in the same space as the shower, so the toilet paper got wet, and the toilet area became wet due to the hot shower. The heater only warmed the upper part of the apartment, making the top very hot and the bottom cold. The apartment was in the basement, so there was no place to hang clothes outside, and the inside was very cramped.
The location is amazing and for 2 people the space was pretty good. The food in the area is incredible. Snack your way home in your walk from the train!
The heat was VERY uneven. The loft was hot and the downstairs was quite cold. Bare on amenities but for a place to sleep is pretty great.
