Wonderful
Pros:

The location is fantastic.

Cons:

A bit misunderstanding with car park I thought it was free. But at least my car is safe it still OK paying for car park.

Pleasant
Pros:

Location was excellent, close to Shangrila Mall and relatively close to the Podium and SM Megamall. Security was also good with RFID cards and attentive staff. It was also a plus that they had a 7/11 Store on the Ground Floor. Unit was big with 2 separate bedrooms.

Cons:

Cockroach traps were not replaced, and were full of roaches. Pool was under repair. One of the air conditioners easily iced up and blew out warm air as a result. One of the kitchen chairs was broken. Hot/warm water was only available in only one of the two bathrooms. Guard/attendant at the parking area insisted on (1) a sticker, and (2) told my driver that he had to pay the parking fee, even though we had a signed document stating that parking was free.
